{Every share of drinking-water shall be Muhtadhar (to others).}
{كُلُّ شِرْبٍ مُّحْتَضَرٌ}


In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon the seal of prophets and messengers and his virtuous righteous family, and all the followers to the Truth till judgement day..


My honorable brother the questioner about the clarification of the word of Allah the Most High: {every share of drinking-water shall be Muntadhar (to others).}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Qamar] 54:28
{كُلُّ شِرْبٍ مُّحْتَضَرٌ} صدق الله العظيم [القمر:28].

Only the meaning of the word {Muntadhar}, that which means the drinking-water from the well is banned from them on the known day of the she camel, so they would not drink from the well, and in exchange of that they would have a pure milk, agreeable to the drinkers. On the known day of of the she camel’s portion of drinking-water, so Allah banned them from the water on the day of the she camel’s portion of drinking-water, and as that He banned the she camel on the know day of their portion of drinking-water. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {He said: This is a she-camel; she has her portion of drinking-water, and you have your portion of drinking-water at an appointed time.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Shu`arã´ã] 26:155
{مُّحْتَضَرٌ}
{قَالَ هَذِهِ نَاقَةٌ لَّهَا شِرْبٌ وَلَكُمْ شِرْبُ يَوْمٍ مَّعْلُومٍ} صدق الله العظيم [الشعراء:155].

So He apportioned the water of the well between them and the she camel where she has a day and they have a day, and {every share of drinking-water shall be banned (to other)} which means the portion of drinking-water is being prohibited to them on the day of the she camel’s portion of drinking-water. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {Surely We are going to send the she-camel as a trial for them; so watch them and have patience.(27) And inform them that the water is shared between them; every share of the drinking-water shall be band (to others).(28)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Qamar] 54:27-28
{كُلُّ شِرْبٍ مُّحْتَضَرٌ}
{إِنَّا مُرْسِلُو النّاقة فِتْنَةً لَّهُمْ فَارْتَقِبْهُمْ وَاصْطَبِرْ ﴿27﴾ وَنَبِّئْهُمْ أَنَّ الْمَاءَ قِسْمَةٌ بَيْنَهُمْ ۖ كلّ شِرْبٍ مُّحْتَضَرٌ ﴿28﴾} صدق الله العظيم [القمر].

So banning them from drinking-water has been accomplished on the known day for the she camel’s portion of drinking-water. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And inform them that the water is shared between them; every share of the water shall be banned (to others).}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Qamar] 54:28
{وَنَبِّئْهُمْ أَنَّ ٱلْمَآءَ قِسْمَةٌ بَيْنَهُمْ كلّ شِرْبٍ مُّحْتَضَرٌ} صدق الله العظيم [القمر:28].
