From the Imam Mahdi to the leader Ali Abd Allah Salih, and Mr. Abd Al-Malik Al-Houthi, and his royal highness Salman son of Abd Al-Aziz family of Saud, and leaders of the Arabs and Muslims..


In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, forgiveness and peace be upon all prophets and messengers from the first of them to the seal of the Mohammad messenger of Allah and their righteous family and all the believers in every time and place till the day of judgement, after this..


Keep your duty to Allah the one, the All Mighty and respond to the call of arbitration to the decisive-law of the grand Quran in order we rule among you in what you are differing therein in your religion and we shatter the multiplicity of sectarian and political parties in the religion of Allah so you become brothers by Allah’s grace. So if you are Muslims then respond to the call of arbitration to Allah’s decisive clear verses in the gran Quran, and you would never respond except if you are still Muslims. In confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {So surely you can not make the dead to hear, nor can you make the deaf to hear the call, when they turn back retreating.(52) Nor can you guide the blind out of their error. You can make none to hear but those who believe in Our messages, so they submit.(53)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Roum] 30:52-53

I call on Allah to witness and Allah is sufficient as a witness that I am the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni inviting his royal highness Salman son of Abd Al-Aziz and the leader Ali Abd Allah Salih and Mr. Abd Al-Malik Al-Houthi and whoever befriended them of all the countries to respond to the call of arbitration to Allah’s Book the grand Quran to stop the bloodshed of the Muslims in Yemen and in all the Arabic and Islamic countries. Maybe one of the questioners would like to say: “O Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni, only who understand Allah’s revelations in the grand Quran are the scholars”. Then we reply to all the Questioners and we say: Indeed Allah’s judgement among you Allah had made it in decisive verses from verses of mother of the Book understand it every Muslim with a manifest Arabic tongue to the fact it is clear verses for the scholars of the nation and the general-average Muslims. For example when you find Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni rules in forbidding the multiplicity of sectarian and political parties in the religion of Allah then you find us bring with the judgement of forbidding from the decisive-law of the gran Quran. In confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And be not like those who became divided and disagreed after clear arguments had come to them. And for them is a grievous chastisement.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Emran] 3:105


And in His word the Most High: {And hold fast by the covenant of Allah all together and be not disunited. And remember Allah’s favor to you when you were enemies, then He united your hearts so by His favor you became brethren. And you were on the brink of a pit of fire, then He saved you from it. Thus Allah makes clear to you His messages that you may be guided.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Emran] 3:103


And the grand Quran addresses who submitted to Allah Lord of the worlds in every time and place in not dividing in Allah’s religion because dividing the Muslims into sects and parties under so called religion sectarianism is the main reason in the Muslims’ failure until their condition became as what they are today fighting each other and their strength departed. In confirming to Allah’s fatwa in His decisive Book: {Say: He has the power to send on you a chastisement from above you or from beneath your feet, or to throw you into confusion, (making you) of different sects, and make some of you taste the violence of others. See how We repeat the messages that they may understand!}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Anaam] 6:65

And Allah the Most High said: {And obey Allah and His Messenger and dispute not one with another, lest you get weak-hearted and your power depart; and be steadfast. Surely Allah is with the steadfast.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Anfal] 8:46

Indeed I am the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni, I call on Allah to witness and sufficient in Allah as a Witness that I do not belong to any of the sectarian and political parties and I am not of them in a thing altogether. In confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {As for those who split up their religion and became sects, you are not of them in a thing. Their affair is only with Allah, then He will inform them of what they did.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Anaam] 6:159

Are these verses do not understand it except scholars of the Muslims or that understand it scholars of the nation and the general-average Muslims to the fact they are clear verses for every clear Arabic (speaking) tongue and do not disbelieve in it except the transgressors. In confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And We indeed have revealed to you clear messages, and none disbelieve in them except the transgressors.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqara] 2:99

So listen and comprehend in what we shall give you fatwa by the Truth purifying it with oath by the Truth an oath of the Awaited Mahdi and not an oath of disbeliever nor a wicked one:
I swear by Allah the One the All Mighty that you would never find a solution to what is happening in Yemen and in the Arabic and Islamic countries until you respond to the call of the arbitration to Allah Lord of the worlds, and there is no duty upon the Imam Mahdi except to devise for you Allah’s judgement from His decisive Book; In fact Allah is the Judge among you in what you are differing in it in Allah’s religion. In confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And in whatever you differ, the judgment thereof is with Allah. That is Allah, my Lord; on Him I rely, and to Him I turn.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Shoura] 42:10

O your royal highness Salman son of Abd Al-Aziz family, stop the war against Yemen under the pretext of achieving the security of the Kingdom from the Shiite expansion, surely just got killed many of the innocent, the weak and the poor because of the storm, and respond you and the leaders of the parties in Yemen to the arbitration to Allah’s Book the grand Quran, safety and security will never prevail in the Arabian Peninsula and in all Islamic countries, except in denying the sectarian and political pluralism in the religion of Allah, so if responded you became brothers by the grace of Allah, we do not want all of your kingship nor your kingdom altogether but that you rule in what Allah has revealed so you do not be wrongdoers to yourselves and your nation. In confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And whoever does not rule by what Allah has revealed, those are the wrongdoers.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ma’eda] 5:45

Isn’t it Allah’s ruling by the Truth is better than the ruling of the united nations on the injustice that does not speak in justice if did side by their interests? Isn’t it Allah’s judgement is best judgement and most effective justice? So remember the word of Allah the Most High: {Is it then the judgment of ignorance that they desire? And who is better than Allah to judge for a people who are sure?}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ma’eda] 5:50. So what is wrong with you taking it lightly with the call of the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni who is calling you to Allah to rule among you in what you are disputing in it? Do you secure Allah’s plane. What is your thoughts in Lord of the Worlds?! Allah is about to be angry for His Book and then you do not find for you besides Allah a loyal-friend nor helper.

O you the leader Ali Abd Allah Salih and Mr. Abd Al-Malik Al-Houthi, be truthful with your Lord, with yourselves and with your people, and submit to the arbitration to Allah’s Book the grand Quran to save your people and your Yemen from the evil of yourselves and from the evil of your loyal-friends, and from the evil of the parties and from the evil of Salman son of Abd Al-Aziz, from the evil of his loyal-friends and his coalition, and know that the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni is an Imam of peace in the world and seeks to achieve the global peace among the human populations to the peaceful living between the Muslim and the disbeliever, and he forbids all kinds of extremism and terrorism surely no compulsion in Allah’s religion so let him who please believe, and let him who please disbelieve, and no duty upon us except delivering the message and upon Allah is the reckoning, and He made the heavenly-garden for who is grateful, and the hell-fire for who is ungrateful. And Allah the Most High said: {And say: The Truth is from your Lord; so let him who please believe, and let him who please disbelieve. Surely We have prepared for the iniquitous a Fire, an enclosure of which will encompass them. And if they cry for water, they are given water like molten brass, scalding their faces. Evil the drink! And ill the resting-place!}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Kahf] 18:29

Allah did not command us to compel the people till they are believers. In confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {There is no compulsion in religion — the right way is indeed clearly distinct from error. So whoever disbelieves in Al-Taghoot (satan) and believes in Allah, he indeed lays hold on the firmest handle which shall never break. And Allah is Hearing, Knowing.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqara] 2:256

Indeed the Imam Mahdi declares the freedom of worship so whoever responded to the worship to Allah Him Alone, Allah saved him from the burning chastisement, and whoever worshiped other than Allah he is mislead and fell as if he had fallen from on high, then the birds had snatched him away, or the wind had carried him off to a distant place. Indeed that the principle of freedom of worship is among the servants so worship what you please and it is only upon us to deliver the message and upon Allah is the reckoning; the Worshiped Lord, Him Alone, no partner for him, and the freedom of worship among the worshipers is not judgement of the Imam Mahdi from myself in fact Allah’s judgement in His decisive Book In the word of Allah the Most High: {Say: I worship Allah, being sincere to Him in my obedience.(14) Serve then what you will besides Him. Say: The losers surely are those who lose themselves and their people on the day of Resurrection. Now surely that is the manifest loss!(15) They shall have coverings of fire above them and coverings beneath them. With that Allah makes His servants to fear; so keep your duty to Me, O My servants.(16)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Zumar] 39:14-16

And only the compulsory laws that the Awaited Mahdi will apply it on all mortals; the Muslims of them and the disbeliever is applying Allah’s laws of punishment which stops the oppression of man to his fellow man in order to stop mischief in the land so we protect the Muslims and we protect the disbeliever from the oppression of each other.

O community of the Muslims and all the worlds, know that Allah sent the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni as a mercy to the worlds, surely the earth is filled with unfairness and injustice, and we want to fill it by Allah’s permission with fairness and justice, so we achieve the international peace among the human populations, and achieve the peaceful existence between the Muslim and the disbeliever, and we deny terrorism and extremism in all of its forms and colors and lay the True principles and the divine constitution a mercy for the worlds, so respond to the call of the arbitration to Allah’s Book O community of Muslims, Christians, and Jews is better for you so you become brothers with Allah’s grace, surely there is no racism nor sectarian nor regionalism nor ethnicity nor the disdain of Ignorance; In fact we rule justly with a decisive word and it is not for amusement, so if you did not like this statement of mine so scheme against me all together, then give me no respite, I rely on Allah my Lord and your Lord, most excellent the Protector and most excellent the Helper. Is not Allah sufficient for His servant? Say: Nothing will afflict us save that which Allah has ordained for us. He is our Patron; and on Allah let the believers rely. And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds..
