:The True explanatory-statement for the word of Allah the Most High

{And those of your women who despair of menstruation, if you have a doubt, their prescribed time is three months, and those (too) who do not menstruate.}

In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family-and all the believers in every time and place, after this..

Allah’s peace, mercy and His blessings be upon you my beloved the best foremost supporters in the era of dialogue before the appearing, peace be upon us and upon Allah’s righteous servants, and her is the True explanatory-statement to you and to all the Muslims who are differing in the word of Allah the Most High: {And those of your women who despair of menstruation, if you have a doubt, their prescribed time is three months, and those (too) who do not menstruate..}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Talaaq] 65:4

In these verses Allah clears for you the prescribed time of those women past childbearing, who still hope for marriage and one wants to marry after her husband divorced her and she is originally past childbearing and gave up from her menstruation because of ceasing the monthly cycle from her several years and it manifested that she is past childbearing, so her prescribed time as well as the divorced women; three months, or the one that her cycle ceased from her before the divorce in several months so either she is pregnant or that she is of those do not menstruate monthly because of lake regular monthly cycle with her, so definitely comes out of her womb (after) a maximum period of three months, or that she entered in the age of past childbearing of the women, and past on the cession of the cycle three months before the divorce and the cycle did not come, so here is the suspicion; to the fact she either pregnant and her prescribed time is that she lays her burden (give birth), or that she entered in the age of past childbearing and here is the suspicion to the fact even if she was not of those who do not menstruate in a monthly form because of lack regular cycle with her, so it is a must that the cycle comes to her even after passing three months, and if the cycle did not come after passing three months before the divorce so here is the suspicion, so either she is pregnant or entered the age of past child bearing, but she is still hope for marriage to the fact she is still starting in the age of past childbearing, but her and her husband do not know if she is pregnant because of cession of the cycle for three months from her before the divorce, or she entered in the age of women who past childbearing, and for that her prescribed time as that as the prescribed time of the divorced women three months starting from the prescribed time of the divorce three months since the calculation of the prescribed time of the divorce. And that is the True explanatory-statement for the word of Allah the Most High: {And those of your women who despair of menstruation, if you have a doubt, their prescribed time is three months, and those (too) who do not menstruate. And the pregnant women, their prescribed time is that they lay down their burden. And whoever keeps his duty to Allah, He makes his affair easy for him.(4) That is the command of Allah, which He has revealed to you. And whoever keeps his duty to Allah, He will remove from him his evils and give him a big reward.(5)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Talaaq] 65:4-5

As for those who made lawful marring the female child because of lack of their understanding to the word of Allah the Most High: {..and those (too) who do not menstruate.} so they thought that it is permissible marring the child of the women while she is still young! In this case how can they calculate her prescribed time three months then she marries with another while she did not have her monthly cycle, or manifest that she is pregnant or manifest that she is not childbearing. Don’t they keep caution those who say against Allah what they do not know from the companions of the explanations in the Book from themselves? And their reckoning is with their Lord, and they carry their burden (of sin) and the burden of those who followed them till the day of resurrection because of the obedience to the command of satan that they say against Allah what they do not know, so they gone astray and lead their nation astray.
