{They will say: O woe to us! Who has raised us up from our sleeping-place?}
{ قَالُوا يَا وَيْلَنَا مَنْ بَعَثَنَا مِنْ مَرْقَدِنَا }
Truthful Allah the Great

In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah the Lord of the worlds, Allah’s peace be upon you and His mercy and His blessings. Your first Question about the explanatory-statement in the word of Allah the Most High: {And when will be blown in the images of the creation (dead or alive), when lo an behold! From their graves they will hasten on to their Lord.(51) They will say: O woe to us! Who has raised us up from our sleeping-place? This is what the All Merciful promised and the messengers told the truth.(52) It is but a single cry, when lo! they are all brought before Us.(53) So this day no soul is wronged in aught; and you are not rewarded aught but for what you did.(54)}Truthful Allah the Great [Y.S.] 36:51-54

O you the asking be this mind and heart that think and ponder the word of Allah the Most High: {They will say: O woe to us! Who has raised us up from our sleeping-place?}Truthful Allah the Great, that is the saying of people do not know who raised them because they do not know that there is a resurrection for them after their death, those people died before sending Allah’s messengers to their people so those disbelievers Allah did not chastise them after their death death so they are as the sleeping ones do not know of a thing from the moment of their death Allah did not chastise them. In confirming to the word of Allah the Most High: {And We were not chastising until We send a messenger}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Esra] 17:15.

Therefore the disbelievers who died before sending the messengers do not know of the resurrection which the All Merciful promised with it in His Books nor do they know in a thing and for that the great astonishment overtook them on the day of their resurrection; who resurrected them from their sleeping-place and why resurrected them? So they do not encompass any knowledge about their resurrection and the reckoning. And for that they said:{They will say: O woe to us! Who has raised us up from our sleeping-place?}, then the disbelievers who denied in the messengers of their Lord gave them fatwa and said: {This is what the All Merciful promised and the messengers told the truth.(52)}Truthful Allah the Great
{قَالُوا يَا وَيْلَنَا مَنْ بَعَثَنَا مِنْ مَرْقَدِنَا}

So that is the saying of the disbelievers whom they rejected the messengers of their Lord. And Allah the Most High said: {Do they wait for aught but its final sequel? On the day when its final sequel comes, those who neglected it before will say: Indeed the messengers of our Lord brought the truth.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Aaraf] 7:53

Those are the disbelievers who gave fatwa to their companions of whom died before sending the messengers to them and for that they said:{They will say: O woe to us! Who has raised us up from our sleeping-place?}, in the meaning of that they do not know in the promise of the All Merciful that He resurrects His servants after their death, but who were present (when) the messengers were sent to their people and they rejected the messengers of their Lord they are who told them about the resurrection, for that the disbelievers gave fatwa to the questioners and said : {This is what the All Merciful promised and the messengers told the truth.(52)}Truthful Allah the Great.
{قَالُوا يَا وَيْلَنَا مَنْ بَعَثَنَا مِنْ مَرْقَدِنَا}

And the questioners of the disbelievers they are themselves the companions of Al-Aaraf between the heavenly-garden and hell-fire so they are not of the heavenly-garden nor of hell-fire. And Allah the Most High said: {And between them is a veil. And on the Elevated Places are men who know all by their marks. And they call out to the owners of the Garden: Peace be to you! They have not yet entered it, though they hope.(46) And when their eyes are turned towards the companions of the Fire, they say: Our Lord, place us not with the unjust people.(47) And the owners of the Elevated Places call out to men whom they recognize by their marks, saying: Of no avail were to you your gathering-together and your arrogance.(48) Are these they about whom you swore that Allah would not bestow mercy on them? Enter the Garden; you have no fear, nor shall you grieve.(49)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Aaraf] 7:46-49

So those are not of the believing ones nor of the rejecting because they died before sending the messengers, so look at their saying to the companions of hell-fire: {Are these they about whom you swore that Allah would not bestow mercy on them?}, and they mean by their saying: O people of hell-fire are these -and they mean the companions of the heavenly-garden- who you swore that Allah would not bestow mercy on them? Then the response came for their earnest prayer to their Lord, and the Great the Most Merciful said to them: {Enter the Garden; you have no fear, nor shall you grieve.(49)}Truthful Allah the Great
{أَهَؤُلاء الَّذِينَ أَقْسَمْتُمْ لاَ يَنَالُهُمُ اللَّهُ بِرَحْمَةٍ ادْخُلُواْ}

That is because they called on Allah their Lord and said: {And when their eyes are turned towards the companions of the Fire, they say: Our Lord, place us not with the unjust people.}, and for that Allah replied to their request-prayer and said:{Enter the Garden; you have no fear, nor shall you grieve.(49)}Truthful Allah the Great.
{وَإِذَا صُرِفَتْ أَبْصَارُهُمْ تِلْقَاء أَصْحَابِ النَّارِ قَالُواْ رَبَّنَا لاَ تَجْعَلْنَا مَعَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ}

So how Allah chastises them and violates His True judgement in His True word: {And We were not chastising until We send a messenger}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Esra] 17:15

Therefore, those who died before sending the messengers to their people, the argument just became for them against their Lord and for that He never chastises them. And Allah the Most High said: {Messengers, bearers of good news and warners, so that the people may have no plea against Allah after the (coming of) messengers. And Allah is ever Mighty, Wise.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nisa] 4:165

So those who died before they know in the reality of the resurrection surely they do not know who resurrected them because none spoke to them about that in their worldly life therefore they said:{O woe to us! Who has raised us up from our sleeping-place? (52)} [Y.S.] 36:52

And who replied to them? They are the disbelievers who they know the reality of what the messenger of their Lord warned them about the resurrection, therefore the disbelievers whom they know Who resurrected them they said to their companions of the disbelievers who do not know in that: {This is what the All Merciful promised and the messengers told the truth.(52)} Truthful Allah the Great [Y.S.] 36:52
And Allah the Most High said: {those who neglected it before will say: Indeed the messengers of our Lord brought the truth.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Araf] 7:53

And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah the Lord of the worlds.
