Not permissible for the Muslim to kill himself fearing imprisonment of his enemies and torturing him and dismembering him!

In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, and peace be upon the messengers, prayers and peace be upon all the prophets and messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds..
Many of what we heard about Da’ash and their satanic acts against the people and the horrifying ways of killing and degradable scenery which the bodies chill from it
My question, if Da’ash attacked one of the regions and held a group of young men wanted to exercise against them its satanic acts as murder by drowning or scorching or burning or decapitation. Is it allowed for one of these young men killing himself before holding of Da’ash of him out of fear from this torture methods with the knowledge that his certainty that he can never escape million percent. Is that considered suicide that Allah accounts upon it? What is the fatwa of the honorable Quran? Or a man may detonate himself and his family with a bomb fearing of Da’ash violation of his opposing. Or the martyrdom operation such as one of them explode himself by a car loaded with bombs in front of an enemy building occupying the land, is this considered a suicide, or (jihad) striving in the path of Allah

In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon Mohammad messenger of Allah and his righteous family, and all the believers in every time and place till judgement day, after this..
Not permissible for the Muslim to kill himself fearing from the torturing of his enemies! In fact he should fight who transgressed against him until he get killed or Allah makes him victorious, even if he attacked his opponent with a knife and his opponent is armed (with gun), so if his transgressing opponent killed him unjustly, maybe then Allah ordains for him the martyrdom and forgiveness because the fighters in the path of Allah the fight their enemies in Allah’s path so they kill and be killed.
I pleaded from my Lord by the fact of no God except Him to prevent from all the Muslims the wickedness of their evil and the evil of His creation altogether, and to appoint guardian upon them who are the best of them with His Might and His Power, surely the countries of the Muslims had filled with oppression and injustice, and my heart bleeds of what is happening in in Iraq, Palestine, Libya, Syria, Yemen and others, no power except with the Supreme, the Great, and to Him we shall return, and there is no means at hand before the empowerment and the manifest conquest, Allah is sufficient for us and an Excellent Guardian and He is the Most Merciful towards His servants than His servant, and His promise is the Truth, and He is the Most Merciful than all who have mercy.
