..Fatwa of the loan from the commercial Islamic banks and the banks of usury, and the difference between them is as the difference between the Truth and falsehood


In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon my grandfather Mohammad messenger of Allah and his virtuous family and all the Muslims till judgement day, Allah’s peace, mercy and His blessings be upon you my beloved the best foremost supporters, peace be upon us and upon Allah’s righteous servants, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds, after this..


Verily how many private and open messages came to us about request fatwa in taking loan from banks, then we issue fatwa with Truth, a reality that I do not say off Allah except the Truth: Indeed the consumers do not have a thing of burden against them, and it should not be for Allah — glory be to Him — to increase oppression to the servant over the oppression he has, glory be to Him! The sin is only against those who take usury in the money of the people then they did not repent. And Allah the Most High said: {Those who swallow usury cannot arise except as he arises whom the devil prostrates by (his) touch. That is because they say, Trading is only like usury. And Allah has allowed trading and forbidden usury. To whomsoever then the admonition has come from his Lord, and he desists, he shall have what has already passed. And his affair is in the hands of Allah. And whoever returns (to it) — these are the companions of the Fire: therein they will abide.(275) Allah will blot out usury, and He causes charity to prosper. And Allah loves not any ungrateful sinner.(276) Those who believe and do good deeds and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate — their reward is with their Lord; and they have no fear, nor shall they grieve.(277) O you who believe, keep your duty to Allah and relinquish what remains (due) from usury, if you are believers.(278) But if you do (it) not, then be informed of war from Allah and His messenger; and if you repent, then you shall have your capital. Wrong not, and you shall not be wronged.(279)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:275-279
{الَّذِينَ يَأْكُلُونَ الرِّ‌بَا لَا يَقُومُونَ إِلَّا كَمَا يَقُومُ الَّذِي يَتَخَبَّطُهُ الشَّيْطَانُ مِنَ الْمَسِّ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا إِنَّمَا الْبَيْعُ مِثْلُ الرِّ‌بَا وَأَحَلَّ اللَّـهُ الْبَيْعَ وَحَرَّ‌مَ الرِّ‌بَا فَمَن جَاءَهُ مَوْعِظَةٌ مِّن رَّ‌بِّهِ فَانتَهَىٰ فَلَهُ مَا سَلَفَ وَأَمْرُ‌هُ إِلَى اللَّـهِ وَمَنْ عَادَ فَأُولَـٰئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ‌ هُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ ﴿٢٧٥﴾ يَمْحَقُ اللَّـهُ الرِّ‌بَا وَيُرْ‌بِي الصَّدَقَاتِ وَاللَّـهُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ‌ أَثِيمٍ ﴿٢٧٦﴾ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ لَهُمْ أَجْرُ‌هُمْ عِندَ رَ‌بِّهِمْ وَلَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ ﴿٢٧٧﴾ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّـهَ وَذَرُ‌وا مَا بَقِيَ مِنَ الرِّ‌بَا إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ ﴿٢٧٨﴾ فَإِن لَّمْ تَفْعَلُوا فَأْذَنُوا بِحَرْ‌بٍ مِّنَ اللَّـهِ وَرَ‌سُولِهِ وَإِن تُبْتُمْ فَلَكُمْ رُ‌ءُوسُ أَمْوَالِكُمْ لَا تَظْلِمُونَ وَلَا تُظْلَمُونَ ﴿٢٧٩﴾} صدق الله
العظيم [البقرة].

The question that arises: do the addressee here are the benefited or the consumers? Then the answer from the decisive Book in the word of Allah the Most High: {O you who believe, keep your duty to Allah and relinquish what remains (due) from usury, if you are believers.(278) But if you do (it) not, then be informed of war from Allah and His messenger; and if you repent, then you shall have your capital. Wrong not, and you shall not be wronged.(279)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:278-279
{يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّـهَ وَذَرُ‌وا مَا بَقِيَ مِنَ الرِّ‌بَا إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ ﴿٢٧٨﴾ فَإِن لَّمْ تَفْعَلُوا فَأْذَنُوا بِحَرْ‌بٍ مِّنَ اللَّـهِ وَرَ‌سُولِهِ وَإِن تُبْتُمْ فَلَكُمْ رُ‌ءُوسُ أَمْوَالِكُمْ لَا تَظْلِمُونَ وَلَا تُظْلَمُونَ ﴿٢٧٩﴾} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة].

And it cleared to you that the addressing is directed to who they have lending with usury and did not address those who have loan with usury against them, in fact He addresses those who have lending with usury, and you know the certain knowledge that He addresses those who take usury in the people’s money through the word of Allah the Most High: {..and if you repent, then you shall have your capital. Wrong not, and you shall not be wronged.}Truthful Allah the Great. Then you know for sure that the address is directed to those who (collect) usury from the people’s money and Allah prohibited them from that, and He said to them that for them is their capital only so they should not wrong (others) by asking the extra usury nor the consumer wrong him by returning his right short, in fact he should return to him his capital to him that he borrowed it from him.
{وَإِن تُبتُم فَلَكُم رُؤُوسُ أَموَالِكُم لاَ تَظلِمُونَ وَلاَ تُظلَمُونَ} صدق الله العظيم.

And it cleared to you with Truth that the address from the Lord in the decisive Book is directed to the owner of usury whom they increase (their wealth) from the people’s money, and Allah prohibited them from asking the addition, and if they refused but taking the addition then Allah threatened them with His war till He blots out the money of usury from them. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {O you who believe, keep your duty to Allah and relinquish what remains (due) from usury, if you are believers.(278) But if you do (it) not, then be informed of war from Allah and His messenger; and if you repent, then you shall have your capital. Wrong not, and you shall not be wronged.(279)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:278-279
{يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّـهَ وَذَرُ‌وا مَا بَقِيَ مِنَ الرِّ‌بَا إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ ﴿٢٧٨﴾فَإِن لَّمْ تَفْعَلُوا فَأْذَنُوا بِحَرْ‌بٍ مِّنَ اللَّـهِ وَرَ‌سُولِهِ وَإِن تُبْتُمْ فَلَكُمْ رُ‌ءُوسُ أَمْوَالِكُمْ لَا تَظْلِمُونَ وَلَا تُظْلَمُونَ ﴿٢٧٩﴾} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة].

As for who has a loan against him, surely the rich one wronged him and he wanted to take from him an addition over the money he gave him; does it make sense the Allah would increase him wrongfulness over the oppression (against) him, then would reckon him for the addition while it is not for him in fact (the lender) imposed it against him the owner of the usury? What is the matter with you; how can you judge?

I bear witness for Allah the True sure testimony that I bear the responsibility of the fatwa about it between Allah’s hands that the burden of usury is not against the needy ones the borrowers of the loan, not a thing of burden; but it is against the owner of the addition usury; in fact Allah defends the oppressed and asks to respite him till (he is in) ease without the addition, and Allah commanded who own money to repent from the addition and if they did not repent and they continue to devour the people’s money unjustly then Allah threatened them with a war from Him until bolt out their wealth. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {O you who believe, keep your duty to Allah and relinquish what remains (due) from usury, if you are believers.(278) But if you do (it) not, then be informed of war from Allah and His messenger; and if you repent, then you shall have your capital. Wrong not, and you shall not be wronged.(279) And if (the debtor) is in straitness, let there be postponement till (he is in) ease. And that you remit (it) as alms is better for you, if you only knew.(280) And guard yourselves against a day in which you will be returned to Allah. Then every soul will be paid in full what it has earned, and they will not be wronged.(281)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:278-281
{يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّـهَ وَذَرُ‌وا مَا بَقِيَ مِنَ الرِّ‌بَا إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ ﴿٢٧٨﴾ فَإِن لَّمْ تَفْعَلُوا فَأْذَنُوا بِحَرْ‌بٍ مِّنَ اللَّـهِ وَرَ‌سُولِهِ وَإِن تُبْتُمْ فَلَكُمْ رُ‌ءُوسُ أَمْوَالِكُمْ لَا تَظْلِمُونَ وَلَا تُظْلَمُونَ ﴿٢٧٩﴾ وَإِن كَانَ ذُو عُسْرَ‌ةٍ فَنَظِرَ‌ةٌ إِلَىٰ مَيْسَرَ‌ةٍ وَأَن تَصَدَّقُوا خَيْرٌ‌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿٢٨٠﴾ وَاتَّقُوا يَوْمًا تُرْ‌جَعُونَ فِيهِ إِلَى اللَّـهِ ثُمَّ تُوَفَّىٰ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ مَّا كَسَبَتْ وَهُمْ لَا يُظْلَمُونَ ﴿٢٨١﴾} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة].
Look at the word of Allah the Most High: {..and if you repent, then you shall have your capital.}Truthful Allah the Great, it cleared to you that the address and the threat and the promising in Allah’s war is for the lenders so Allah commanded them to have enough in retrieving their capital and not oppressing who is the borrower by requesting the addition over the debt, surely that is oppression, how would Allah increase oppression to the oppressed? In fact Allah deals with him justly rather than who oppressed him. And Allah the Most High said: {Allah will blot out usury, and He causes charity to prosper. And Allah loves not any ungrateful sinner.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:276
{وَإِن تُبتُم فَلَكُم رُؤُوسُ أَموَالِكُم} صدق الله العظيم،
{يَمحَقُ اللهُ الرِّبَا وَيُربِي الصَّدَقَاتِ وَاللهُ لا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ أَثِيمٍ} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:276].
As for whom been requested from them the doubles of what they have of debt, surely they have been oppressed, and the oppressors they are the owners of doubles of the false usury. And Allah the Most High said: {O you who believe, devour not usury, doubling and redoubling, and keep your duty to Allah, that you may be successful.(130) And guard yourselves against the fire which has been prepared for the disbelievers.(131)}Truthful Allah the Great [Ãli-´Imrãn] 3:130-131
{يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَأْكُلُوا الرِّ‌بَا أَضْعَافًا مُّضَاعَفَةً وَاتَّقُوا اللَّـهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ ﴿١٣٠﴾ وَاتَّقُوا النَّارَ‌ الَّتِي أُعِدَّتْ لِلْكَافِرِ‌ينَ ﴿١٣١﴾} صدق الله العظيم [آل عمران].

For the fact usury is devouring the people’s wealth with falsehood and it is forbidden increase (their wealth) from the people’s money; but for them is their capital. for them to And Allah the Most High said: {So for the iniquity of the Jews, We forbade them the good things which had been made lawful for them, and for their hindering many (people) from Allah’s way.(160) And for their taking usury — though indeed they were forbidden it — and their devouring the property of people falsely. And We have prepared for the disbelievers from among them a painful chastisement.(161)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:160-161
{فَبِظُلْمٍ مِّنَ الَّذِينَ هَادُوا حَرَّ‌مْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ طَيِّبَاتٍ أُحِلَّتْ لَهُمْ وَبِصَدِّهِمْ عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّـهِ كَثِيرً‌ا ﴿١٦٠﴾ وَأَخْذِهِمُ الرِّ‌بَا وَقَدْ نُهُوا عَنْهُ وَأَكْلِهِمْ أَمْوَالَ النَّاسِ بِالْبَاطِلِ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكَافِرِ‌ينَ مِنْهُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا ﴿١٦١﴾} صدق الله العظيم [النساء].

And they would have had a reward from Allah if they were satisfied with their capital. And Allah the Most High said: {And whatever you lay out at usury, so that it may increase in the property of men, it increases not with Allah; and whatever you give in charity, desiring Allah’s pleasure — these will get manifold.}Truthful Allah the Great: [Al-Roum] 30:39. Don’t you reflect.
{وَمَا آتَيتُم مِن رِبًا لِيَربُوَ في أَموَالِ النَّاسِ فَلا يَربُو عِندَ اللهِ وَمَا آتَيتُم مِن زَكَاةٍ تُرِيدُونَ وَجهَ اللهِ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ المُضعِفُونَ} صدق الله العظيم [الروم:39].

:Based on that we issue fatwa with Truth
Indeed there is not a thing of sin nor burden against the consumers of loans from the banks of usury to accomplish their needs; in fact the sin is against the owners of the usury banks who take usury from the people’s money

Perhaps one of the usury banks owners would like to interrupt me then say: “O Nasser Mohammad, but what is our benefit from giving the people our money without interest and you command us to not take from them except the capital which we gave them?” then the Awaited Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni replies to the owners of the usury banks and I say to you the answer from the decisive Allah’s Book the grand Quran. Allah the Most High said: {O you who believe, devour not your property among yourselves by illegal methods except that it be trading by your mutual consent..}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:29
{يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا لا تَأْكُلُوا أَمْوَالَكُمْ بَيْنَكُمْ بِالْبَاطِلِ إِلا أَنْ تَكُونَ تِجَارَةً عَنْ تَرَاضٍ مِنْكُمْ} صدق الله العظيم [النساء:29].

so something bought and sold between the two parties is limited profit to for numberless or convenient installments, here Halal you increase my business bankers.
Here Allah means the trade with lending to be by agreement and consent between the two parties, so it would be a thing sold and bought between the two parties with limited gained-profit till a determined term or by a convenient-comfortable installments, then here it is lawful for you the addition — O owners of the commercial banks.

O our Allah, I have clarified the fatwa with Truth. O our Allah, bear witness, whoever has any objection from scholars of the nation against this statement of mine that accomplished putting down the fatwa with Truth: [Verily those who have loans against them from the banks of usury indeed there is not a thing of sin against them to the fact they are in need for that to accomplish their needs whether they want the marriage for themselves or for their children, or spending for Allah’s cause, or any other thing, then we brought to you the manifest proof that the sin of usury is exclusively against who get usury from the people’s money unjustly/without right, and the judgement is Allah’s and He is the Best of deciders.]

..And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds

..More of the fatwa about working in the banks in general and depositing the money in it


In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon my grandfather Mohammad messenger of Allah and his virtuous family and all the Muslims till judgement day, after this..


I issue fatwa with that there is no straitness against the employees in the banks in general, and the working person is just an employee earning his wage and Allah would never reckon the person on a payroll (about) where from he earned the money and who gave him the salary. And if the employee or the worker for someone refuses to take his salary until he tells him who gave him the salary where from he earned it, in that case the life cycle would have stopped in every thing, and Allah would not make the people subservient to one another, if workers did work for one of the wealthy people until when he wanted to give them their salary justly; do they have the right to say to the owner of the job: We do not take the money earned from forbidden (way), so it is necessary to prove for us where did you earn this money so we know from where you earned this money in order for us to know; have you earned it from forbidden (method) or from lawful? O people does this make sense? But it does not concern the worker from where the employer earned his money. Only when he carries forbidden merchandise as like that one of drug dealer says to him: I want you to carry a kilo of drugs or hashish or heroin or any of the drugs that is causes absence of the mind from its visualizing (the right from wrong), then he say to the worker: “Carry it to such place and I will give you plenty of reward (lots of money) such and such”. Verily here it should not be for the worker to carry the kilo of drugs or hashish or heroin or any of the forbidden things that makes the mind absent from his behavior, so it is not permissible for the worker to do so, to the fact he participated in harming the society and attracting disasters to them.

Perhaps one of the questioners would like to interrupt me then say: “O Nasser Mohammad, I work in a restaurant of Arab and foreign foods but included of what is sold in the restaurant drinks of liquor (intoxicants), is there no burden against me to carry it to the customer?”. Then the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni replies to him and I say: You have the right to say to the owner of the restaurant: I will carry to the customers all what the customer requests of food and drinks except the liquor or pig meat, so assign others with that and pardon me from that as respect for my belief, surely I am a Muslim, I do not carry what Allah forbade to give it to someone. And if the owner of the restaurant or the buffet refused but to carry to customer the liquor or the pig meat, then leave him and his business and Allah will compensate you with a job better than that job and better wage, and whoever keep his duty to Allah, He ordains a way out for him, and gives him sustenance from where he does not imagine.

As for who deposit their money in the banks in exchange of know profit surely this is goodly lawful to the fact it included within agreement of trade in between you , the fact owner of the bank who took the money from you it is not a loan from you to the owner of the bank who is rich with ease; in fact the owner of the bank took it from you to trade with it, and for the owner bank a share of the prophet more than the share of the owner of the money, so instead of one of you to put his money in His home if it got a lot verily it better for him to place it in the investing banks even if it was with very small profit, surely that is better than his money may get exposed to theft and better security for himself and his money, so one of the mischief makers in the land and thieves might know about his money then he breaks into his home by night against him so he would kill him for taking his money from the safe. What is the matter with you, how can you judge — O you who forbid for the Muslims from depositing the money in the banks? Those who say against Allah what they do not know.

Only Allah is defending from the oppression to the obliged-distressed whom the need has forced him to endure the multiplied usury, and He declares the war against owners of usury profits


In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon my grandfather Mohammad messenger of Allah the beloved of my heart, and his virtuous family and all the followers to the Truth till judgement day, after this..

Allah’s peace, mercy and His blessings be upon you.. O my brother Ahmad Al-Sudani, Allah the Most High said: {..and if you repent, then you shall have your capital..}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:279
{وَإِن تُبتُم فَلَكُم رُؤُوسُ أَموَالِكُم} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:279].

So whom (Allah) commands him in repentance? Is he the obliged distressed-needy for taking the money from the rich in exchange to return it with a profit in excess of the capital? Or is it that Allah commands in repentance of people with capital who they lend the people with usury? Verily ponder over what came in the decisive Reminder, surely you will find the speech is directed to those of capital in defense for the impoverished-insolvent and the needy. Allah the Most High said: {O you who believe, devour not usury, doubling and redoubling, and keep your duty to Allah, that you may be successful.}Truthful Allah the Great [Ãli-´Imrãn] 3:130
{يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَأْكُلُوا الرِّبَا أَضْعَافًا مُضَاعَفَةً وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ} صدق الله العظيم [آل عمران:130].

So who devours the doubled usury from the people’s money unjustly surely those whom Allah threatened-promising them with the chastisement. And Allah the Most High said: {And for their taking usury — though indeed they were forbidden it — and their devouring the property of people falsely. And We have prepared for the disbelievers from among them a painful chastisement.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:161
{وَأَكْلِهِمْ أَمْوَالَ النَّاسِ بِالْبَاطِلِ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكَافِرِينَ مِنْهُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا} صدق الله العظيم [النساء:161].

And Allah commanded the rich in not taking the added usury over the capital from the needy ones whom they lent them the money to get their need to the fact (if they do charge them) they have a big reward for that as like the charity with their Lord, and if they refused but to take the added usury surely Allah would never increase lending with Him, and they would never find a loyal-friend nor supporter besides. Allah And Allah the Most High said: {Don’t they that Allah enlarges provision and straitens (it) for whom He pleases? Certainly there are signs in this for a people who believe.(37) So give to the near of kin his due, and to the needy and the wayfarer. This is best for those who desire Allah’s pleasure, and these it is who are successful.(38) And whatever you lay out at usury, so that it may increase in the property of people, it increases not with Allah; and whatever you give in charity, desiring Allah’s pleasure — these will get manifold.(39)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Roum] 30:37-39
{أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَاء وَيَقْدِرُ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ (37) فَآتِ ذَا الْقُرْبَى حَقَّهُ وَالْمِسْكِينَ وَابْنَ السَّبِيلِ ذَلِكَ خَيْرٌ لِّلَّذِينَ يُرِيدُونَ وَجْهَ اللَّهِ وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ (38) وَمَا آتَيْتُم مِّن رِّبًا لِّيَرْبُوَ فِي أَمْوَالِ النَّاسِ فَلا يَرْبُو عِندَ اللَّهِ وَمَا آتَيْتُم مِّن زَكَاةٍ تُرِيدُونَ وَجْهَ اللَّهِ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُضْعِفُونَ (39)} صدق الله العظيم [الروم].

{يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّـهَ وَذَرُ‌وا مَا بَقِيَ مِنَ الرِّ‌بَا إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ ﴿٢٧٨﴾ فَإِن لَّمْ تَفْعَلُوا فَأْذَنُوا بِحَرْ‌بٍ مِّنَ اللَّـهِ وَرَ‌سُولِهِ وَإِن تُبْتُمْ فَلَكُمْ رُ‌ءُوسُ أَمْوَالِكُمْ لَا تَظْلِمُونَ وَلَا تُظْلَمُونَ ﴿٢٧٩﴾} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة].

O Ahmad, verily who is the addressee? Are they whom increase (their money) with usury from the money of the needy or He is addressing the needy ones and threatens them with the war? What is the matter with you how can you judge? So ponder over the aright word once again: {O you who believe, keep your duty to Allah and relinquish what remains (due) from usury, if you are believers.(278) But if you do (it) not, then be informed of war from Allah and His messenger; and if you repent, then you shall have your capital. Wrong not, and you shall not be wronged.(279)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:278-279. It clears to you that the spoken to whom Allah addresses them through His word the Most High: {But if you do (it) not, then be informed of war from Allah and His messenger; and if you repent, then you shall have your capital. Wrong not, and you shall not be wronged.(279)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:279.

Only the war is diseases with which Allah afflicts them due to the supplication-call of His messenger and the oppressed ones the obliged to endure the multi-folds of usury, so the needy would supplicate against the wealthy ones from the owners of usury whom they devoured their money falsely then Allah afflicts them with diseases until He bolts out the added usury (along) with the capital to whom He pleases among them. And Allah the Most High said: {So for the iniquity of the Jews, We forbade them the good things which had been made lawful for them, and for their hindering many (people) from Allah’s way.(160) And for their taking usury — though indeed they were forbidden it — and their devouring the property of people falsely. And We have prepared for the disbelievers from among them a painful chastisement.(161)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:160-161

O Ahmad Al-Sudani, the question that arise: Who are those that He afflicted them with diseases until they forbade for themselves what is delicious? They are the rich! But because of the diseases that He afflicted them with it they did not enjoy their money. Verily ponder once again. And I do not find in Allah’s decisive Book the grand Quran that Allah threatened the owners of needs whom the necessity compelled them to endure the extra usury so the pay it unjustly and falsely against them, and for if you could bring to us one verse that Allah threatened in it the insolvent with the revenge; in fact you will find the opposite — O Ahmad; you will find Allah defending the insolvent and say to the rich who takes usury: Do not take from the straitened the usury extra over the right. And Allah the Most High said: {And if (the debtor) is in straitness, let there be postponement till (he is in) ease. And that you remit (it) as alms is better for you, if you only knew.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:280
{وَإِن كَانَ ذُو عُسْرَةٍ فَنَظِرَةٌ إِلَى مَيْسَرَةٍ وَأَن تَصَدَّقُواْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:280].

In fact (Allah) says to the rich if you gave charity to the straitened then you forgave him from the money that he has as loan to him from before; so if you pardoned him surely the loan will change into a loan to Allah then He increases the charities. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And if (the debtor) is in straitness, let there be postponement till (he is in) ease. And that you remit (it) as alms is better for you, if you only knew.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:280
{وَإِن كَانَ ذُو عُسْرَةٍ فَنَظِرَةٌ إِلَى مَيْسَرَةٍ وَأَن تَصَدَّقُواْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:280].

O Ahamd, if the needy finds the loan without paying the extra usury he would not have gone to the people of interest of usury, but he may not find who would lend him money to fulfill his need without interests, then he goes to take money so the owner of the money makes condition against him to return it with usury that is added over the capital. And for that Allah the Most High said: {But if you do (it) not, then be informed of war from Allah and His messenger; and if you repent, then you shall have your capital. Wrong not, and you shall not be wronged.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:279
{فَإِنْ لَمْ تَفْعَلُوا فَأْذَنُوا بِحَرْبٍ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَإِنْ تُبْتُمْ فَلَكُمْ رُءُوسُ أَمْوَالِكُمْ لَا تَظْلِمُونَ وَلَا تُظْلَمُونَ} صدق الله العظيم[البقرة:279].
I do not find in Allah’s Book that Allah prohibits the needy to take loan money with usury, I only find that Allah prohibits the one who gave the loan to not take the usury that is added over the capital. In regard to the needy, indeed by Allah I do not find in Allah’s decisive Book that he has burden of an atom’s weight; in fact it is against who took the added usury. In fact the Imam’s fatwa has the support and the easement for the poor ones who were forced because of their need on taking the loans - and the True fatwa to deposit the money in the banks is better than exposing the human being to theft and he might get killed because of that --- and the explanatory-statement back up the Truth in the war of the owners of the banks and no the vanquished employees and it is a war from Allah and His messenger --- or do you want O Ahmad Al-Sudani to reverse the fatwa and support the wealthy whom they established the banks and pure the fire of your anger against the poor ones-----------and the explanatory-statements of light would never increase you but skepticism and going astray and you would never see the light and Allah the Most High said: (I shall turn away from My messages those who are unjustly proud in the earth. And if it were from any other than Allah, they would have found in it many a discrepancy.(82) But if any news of security or fear comes to them, they spread it abroad. And if they had referred it to the Messenger and to those in authority among them, those of them who can search out knowledge of it would have known it. And were it not for the grace of Allah upon you and His mercy, you would certainly have followed the devil save a few.(83))))Truthful Allah the Great. [SIZE]


In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon all prophets of Allah and His messengers and their virtuous families till Judgement day, after this..

Allah’s peace, mercy and His blessings be upon you.. O my beloved in Allah’s love (Manyajra’o), why you suspect Ahmad Al-Sudani without manifest authority? And we are still think good of him so be patient for your companion and ask Allah the steadfastness upon guidance for him until his heart get assured, and his Lord is the Knower of him, and I hoped from the Forgiver, the Most Merciful, to make him steadfast upon the straight path and all the best foremost supporters, so do not rely on the confidence in yourselves; in fact trust in Allah Who comes in between man and his heart and ask him the steadfastness. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {..And know that Allah comes in between a man and his heart,..}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Anfãl] 8:24
{وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ} صدق الله العظيم [الأنفال:24].

O my beloved in Allah’s love Ahamd Al-Sudani, surely what the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni issued fatwa in it is the Truth that the forbidden money for the believers in Allah’s decisive Book is what exceeded over the capital which you give as loan, as for who took the loon so where is the forbidden addition in it — O my beloved in Allah?
In regard to the owners of the banks, verily they wanted the addition in the loan so they requisite condition to be buying and selling between the loan applicant and the beneficiary, as the bank sell to him a piece of land with extra price than what is in the market, and if its owner who bought it with debt he wills to sell the land verily he is frr to whom he sells it even if he wanted to sell it to the owner of the bank whom he bought it from him, then he buys it with its market price without deduction so he does not wrong the owner of the loan.

And we give an example for that, the owners of loans in the Islamic banks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia surely system of loans in the Islamic banks resolved many problems, to the fact the owner of the Bank gets it paid back with comfortable installments for several years, and there is no hardship in that over the owner of the loan to the fact the payback with comfortable installments for the salary, surely they know in that I mean the Saudi people that they benefited from the loans in the Islamic Banks and the payback was not hard to the fact the monthly payments a small part from the salary with comfortable installments.
As for the owner of the Islamic bank you do not find him get his entitlement paid back except after several years despite that he payed for example hundred thousand Saudi Riyal cash for a land that he sold it to the inquirer for the loan in debt but with extra price over the cash price in its market, and that extra is good lawful for the owner of the bank to the fact the loan with debt built on the word of Allah the Most High: {O you who believe, devour not your property among yourselves by illegal methods except that it be trading by your mutual consent..}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:29
{يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَأْكُلُواْ أَمْوَالَكُمْ بَيْنَكُمْ بِالْبَاطِلِ إِلاَّ أَن تَكُونَ تِجَارَةً عَن تَرَاضٍ مِّنكُمْ} صدق الله العظيم [النساء:29].

So the addition becomes lawful good for the owner of the bank to the fact it was selling and buying, and he obtains his entitlement with the comfortable installments from the owner of the loan (the debtor), with that facilitating to many matters. Verily ask the owners of the limited income from the Saudi people didn’t this solve many of their financial problems? So imagine if one engaged a woman and the marriage will cost him what is not less than a hundred thousand Saudi Riyal for example, but his salary is ten thousand, surely he can not save from it the sum of a hundred thousand Saudi (Riyal) unless after years, but with Allah’s grace and because of the Islamic banks’ system and the Islamic loan solved the problem of marriage to the fact the young man suffers from the expensive dowries and no power except with Allah, surely the high cost of dowries is of causes reasons for spread of indecency, but the loan system in the Islamic banks became reducing from committing the indecency because of the ability on marriage because the facilitating of loans from the Islamic banks with the comfortable installments (easy payments).

As in regard to the international government loans from the (world) Jewish international bank; verily we will issue in that an explanatory-statement and we explain it in details with Allah’s permission, Lord of the worlds.

..fatwa of the Awaited Mahdi to the owners of loans from the international world-bank


In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon my grandfather Mohammad messenger of Allah and his virtuous family, and all prophets of Allah and their virtuous families, we do not make distinction between any of His messengers, and I invoke prayer of forgiveness to all Muslims and I salute with best salutation, after this..

From the Awaited Mahdi to the Islamic governments of owners of loans from the international Jewish world-bank, and peace be upon whoever followed the guidance, indeed it is not permissible for you taking the loans from the international Jewish world-bank with the pretext of carrying out projects to your people and then robs the majority of the loan the government officials till when comes the appointed time of repaying to the world bank then they raise the dose (of payment) against the people so the budget of the country does not get imbalanced, then the government allows each merchant to raise the price of his merchandise corresponds to the increase of the dose so as not to erode his business because of the dose, and then the poor and those of low-income reimburse the world bank loan in spite nothing entered their pockets from the international loan.

Verily we will issue fatwa to all populations to refuse that their governments take loans from the world bank, and if their governments said: “We only take it in order for us to build for you upgraded schools with fancy structures”, then the reply of the people should be that they say: “What is the benefit that you build for us typical (upgraded to standard) schools even if it was of gold then you raise against us the dose (payments) of our livelihood dose after dose in order for you to repay the world bank until you break the backs of those of low-income and you destroy the poor and get away with needy ones among the people and you destroy the economy of the cities then the mischief would increase? In fact it is better for us to make our schools camps instead typical (up-to standard schools), it is better than you take the loans from the world bank so you destroy the economy of the countries and destroying the people whom are of the limited income, the destroying the livelihood of many poor people, and poverty increases in the countries and corruption increases, theft, killing, looting and robbery, that’s because of loans of the governments from the world bank”.

I bear witness for Allah that great injustice against the people, and it is forbidden for the governments to oppress their people, so let them desist from the loans of the world bank which colonized the Islamic people and destroyed the poor populations an utter destruction, so keep your duty to Allah O owners of the loans from the world bank.

By Allah, verily the world bank destroyed the Yemeni people an utter destruction dose after dose after dose until it reached tens of doses, to the fact the Government of Yemen takes from the world bank loans with the pretest of building projects, then most of the loan would be stolen by some government officials, so the agree with the contractor even for a sum-money of loan while they steal most of the loan as they divided the rest, so the y make a contract with the contractor about the project has no lasting successful specification as like asphalting the street and not several months past but you would find the street full of potholes which has caused the destruction of the cares and explodes the tires, then after while they do take a new loan to repair the roads all over again, and the same system of theft continues. And the government contractors of Yemen in the interest of the roads they indeed know about that and we did not wrong the officials in the government and the contractors a thing, thus the other ministries alike but they are less corruption than the ministry of public works and the roads administration.

So grievous the corruption of the Yemeni government and their wrongdoing to the proud Arab Yemeni people, and issue fatwa with Truth that the corruption under the new government is most unjust and tyrant than the past one, and the corruption increased double what was on it from before, and gone the security and peace, also increased (the number) of thieves and bandits and the Yemeni people shook a great shaking in their livelihood and depleted their security, and your crying would never benefit the Yemeni people O Abu Sendout in-spite that you are a good man as we think but you (have) a weak personality, and you can never establish justice in the country and end the corruption while you (have) a weak personality.
Indeed by Allah non can establish justice in the country and end the corruption in the ;and and achieve the security of the people except a strict ruler without injustice who uphold the law of what Allah sent down in His decisive Book, then he would uphold the punishment-law of theft against the thieves and the punishment-law looters and who shed blood of the Muslims, and upholds all laws of Allah which revealed it in the decisive Book the grand Quran to lift the injustice of man against his fellow man, then the people live in security and peace, and the economy of the country gets better and the people progress to the peak of the highest (levels), and Allah did not command you to compel the people over the belief in the All Merciful verily there is no compulsion in religion, but He commanded you to uphold the laws of Allah sent down in the decisive Quran, in order you lift the injustice of man against his fellow man.

Surely by Allah Who there is no God other than Him, that after Allah empower the Imam Mahdi that if my brother the son of my mother and my father wronger a disbeliever or christian or Jew without right I would have did justice to the oppressed by my brother the son of my mother and my father and I do not care, so be witnesses upon that, and whoever did not rule between the people with what Allah sent down verily he would never lift the oppression of a man against his fellow man, and Allah did not send the grand Quran but as mercy to the worlds, and the evil of leaders of the Muslims whom do not rule with what Allah sent down, and preceded the fatwa from Allah in regard of who did not rule by what Allah sent down in the Torah, the Gospel and the grand Quran. And Allah the Most High said: {Surely We revealed the Torah, having guidance and light. By it did the prophets who submitted themselves (to Allah) judge for the Jews, and the rabbis and the doctors of law, because they were required to guard the Book of Allah, and they were witnesses thereof. So fear not the people and fear Me, and take not a small price for My messages. And whoever judges not by what Allah has revealed, those are the disbelievers.(44) And We prescribed to them in it that life is for life, and eye for eye, and nose for nose, and ear for ear, and tooth for tooth, and for wounds retaliation. But whoso forgoes it, it shall be an expiation for him. And whoever judges not by what Allah has revealed, those are the wrongdoers.(45) And We sent after them in their footsteps (Esa) Jesus, son of Maryam, verifying that which was before him of the Torah; and We gave him the Gospel containing guidance and light, and verifying that which was before it of the Torah, and a guidance and an admonition for the dutiful.(46) And let the People of the Gospel judge by that which Allah has revealed in it. And whoever judges not by what Allah has revealed, those are the transgressors.(47) And We have revealed to you the Book with the truth, verifying that which is before it of the Book and a guardian over it, so judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and follow not their low desires, (turning away) from the truth that has come to you. For everyone of you We appointed a law and a way. And if Allah had pleased He would have made you a single people, but that He might try you in what He gave you. So vie one with another in virtuous deeds. To Allah you will all return, so He will inform you of that wherein you differed(48) And that you should judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and follow not their low desires, and be cautious of them lest they seduce you from part of what Allah has revealed to you. Then if they turn away, know that Allah desires to afflict them for some of their sins. And surely many of the people are transgressors.(49) Is it then the judgment of ignorance that they desire? And who is better than Allah to judge for a people who are sure?(50)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Mã´edah] 5:44-50
{إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَا التَّوْرَاةَ فِيهَا هُدًى وَنُورٌ يَحْكُمُ بِهَا النَّبِيُّونَ الَّذِينَ أَسْلَمُواْ لِلَّذِينَ هَادُواْ وَالرَّبَّانِيُّونَ وَالأَحْبَارُ بِمَا اسْتُحْفِظُواْ مِن كِتَابِ اللّهِ وَكَانُواْ عَلَيْهِ شُهَدَاء فَلاَ تَخْشَوُاْ النَّاسَ وَاخْشَوْنِ وَلاَ تَشْتَرُواْ بِآيَاتِي ثَمَناً قَلِيلاً وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللّهُ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ (44)وَكَتَبْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ فِيهَا أَنَّ النَّفْسَ بِالنَّفْسِ وَالْعَيْنَ بِالْعَيْنِ وَالأَنفَ بِالأَنفِ وَالأُذُنَ بِالأُذُنِ وَالسِّنَّ بِالسِّنِّ وَالْجُرُوحَ قِصَاصٌ فَمَن تَصَدَّقَ بِهِ فَهُوَ كَفَّارَةٌ لَّهُ وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَا أنزَلَ اللّهُ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ (45) وَقَفَّيْنَا عَلَى آثَارِهِم بِعَيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ مُصَدِّقاً لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ مِنَ التَّوْرَاةِ وَآتَيْنَاهُ الإِنجِيلَ فِيهِ هُدًى وَنُورٌ وَمُصَدِّقاً لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ مِنَ التَّوْرَاةِ وَهُدًى وَمَوْعِظَةً لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ (46)وَأَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الْكِتَابَ بِالْحَقِّ مُصَدِّقاً لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ وَمُهَيْمِناً عَلَيْهِ فَاحْكُم بَيْنَهُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللّهُ وَلاَ تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءهُمْ عَمَّا جَاءكَ مِنَ الحقّ لِكُلٍّ جَعَلْنَا مِنكُمْ شِرْعَةً وَمِنْهَاجاً وَلَوْ شَاء اللّهُ لَجَعَلَكُمْ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَلَـكِن لِّيَبْلُوَكُمْ فِي مَا آتَاكُم فَاسْتَبِقُوا الخَيْرَاتِ إِلَى الله مَرْجِعُكُمْ جَمِيعاً فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ فِيهِ تَخْتَلِفُونَ (48)وَأَنِ احْكُم بَيْنَهُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللّهُ وَلاَ تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَاءهُمْ وَاحْذَرْهُمْ أَن يَفْتِنُوكَ عَن بَعْضِ مَا أَنزَلَ اللّهُ إِلَيْكَ فَإِن تَوَلَّوْاْ فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللّهُ أَن يُصِيبَهُم بِبَعْضِ ذُنُوبِهِمْ وَإِنَّ كَثِيراً مِّنَ النَّاسِ لَفَاسِقُونَ (49) أَفَحُكْمَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَبْغُونَ وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللّهِ حُكْماً لِّقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ (50)} صدق الله العظيم [المائدة].

Perhaps one of the questioners would like to cast a question to us then he say: “did Allah command the people of the Book in ruling by what Allah sent down in the Torah and the Gospel?”. Then the Awaited Mahdi the supporter to Mohammad and all the prophets — replies to him with Truth and I say: Allah didn’t send the Awaited Mahdi to command the humans in disbelieving in the Allah’s True judgement in the Torah, and the Gospel, and we only command them in disbelief in what came in them contrary to the decisive Reminder the grand Quran, the fact Allah made the grand Quran the dominant in judgement over the Torah, and the Gospel. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And We have revealed to you the Book with the truth, verifying that which is before it of the Book and a guardian over it, so judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and follow not their low desires, (turning away) from the truth that has come to you. For everyone of you We appointed a law and a way. And if Allah had pleased He would have made you a single people, but that He might try you in what He gave you. So vie one with another in virtuous deeds. But scholars of the Muslims refused that the Quran is the dominant over the narrations of the prophetic sunna, so evil the scholars under the roof of the sky except those on whom my Lord has mercy.
The age of the call of the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni reached to the end of the eighth year while we call night and day through the worldwide internet all pulpits speakers from scholars of the Muslims and all Muftis of the hometowns in all regions to resort for judgement to Allah’s Book the grand Quran, and till this hour did not respond to the caller to resort for judgement to Allah’s Book the grand Quran scholars of the Muslims except those on whom my Lord has mercy. As for those who turn away verily to the fact they are no longer Muslims. And Allah the Most High said: {And surely it is a guidance and a mercy for the believers.(77) Truly your Lord will judge between them by His judgment, and He is the Mighty, the Knowing.(78) So rely on Allah. Surely you are on the plain truth.(79) Certainly you can not make the dead to hear, nor can you make the deaf to hear the call, when they go back retreating.(80) Nor can you lead the blind out of their error. You can make none to hear except those who believe in Our messages, so they submit (Muslims).(81) And when the word comes to pass against them, We shall bring forth for them a creature from the earth that will speak to them, because people did not believe in Our messages.(82) And the day when We gather from every nation a party from among those who rejected Our messages, then they will be formed into groups.(83) Until, when they come, He will say: Did you reject My messages, while you did not comprehend them in knowledge? Or what was it that you did?(84) And the word will come to pass against them because they were unjust, so they will not speak.(85)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Naml] 27:77-85
{وَإِنَّهُ لَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ (77)إِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَقْضِي بَيْنَهُمْ بِحُكْمِهِ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْعَلِيمُ (78)فَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ إِنَّكَ عَلَى الحقّ الْمُبِينِ (79) إِنَّكَ لا تُسْمِعُ الْمَوْتَى وَلا تُسْمِعُ الصُّمَّ الدُّعَاءَ إِذَا وَلَّوْا مُدْبِرِينَ (80)وَمَا أَنْتَ بِهَادِي الْعُمْيِ عَنْ ضَلالَتِهِمْ إِنْ تُسْمِعُ إِلاَّ مَنْ يُؤْمِنُ بِآيَاتِنَا فَهُمْ مُسْلِمُونَ (81)وَإِذَا وَقَعَ الْقَوْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ أَخْرَجْنَا لَهُمْ دَابَّةً مِنْ الأَرْضِ تُكَلِّمُهُمْ أَنَّ النَّاسَ كَانُوا بِآيَاتِنَا لا يُوقِنُونَ (82)وَيَوْمَ نَحْشُرُ مِنْ كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ فَوْجاً مِمَّنْ يُكَذِّبُ بِآيَاتِنَا فَهُمْ يُوزَعُونَ (83)حَتَّى إِذَا جَاءُوا قَالَ أَكَذَّبْتُمْ بِآيَاتِي وَلَمْ تُحِيطُوا بِهَا عِلْماً أَمَّاذَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ (84) وَوَقَعَ الْقَوْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ بِمَا ظَلَمُوا فَهُمْ لا يَنطِقُونَ (85)} صدق الله العظيم [النمل].

I call on Allah the One, the Supreme to bear witness that I am the Awaited Mahdi Nasser Mohammad (supporter to Mohammad) I call all scholars of the Muslims for the judgement between them by Allah’s judgement in what they differed therein, so I rule between them with Allah’s judgement that I deduce it for them from the decisive grand Quran, and I do not have any condition against them only that they accept Allah the Exalted (that He) is the Judge between them in what they differed therein. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {Shall I then seek a judge other than Allah, when He it is Who has sent down to you the Book fully explained. And those whom We have given the Book know that it is revealed by thy Lord with truth, so do not be of the disputers.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-An`ãm] 6:114
{أفَغَيْرَ اللّهِ أَبْتَغِي حَكَماً وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَنَزَلَ إِلَيْكُمُ الْكِتَابَ مُفَصَّلاً وَالَّذِينَ آتَيْنَاهُمُ الْكِتَابَ يَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّهُ مُنَزَّلٌ مِّن رَّبِّكَ بِالْحَقِّ فَلاَ تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُمْتَرِينَ} صدق الله العظيم [الأنعام:114].

So till when the wait O Muftis of the hometowns and speakers of the pulpits and you did not respond to the Awaited Mahdi Nasser Mohammad to resort for Judgement to the Reminder? So keep your duty to Allah the One the Supreme before the night precedes the daylight, surely the sun overtook the moon two consecutive times, for that it will be accomplished the first sighting to the crescent of month Shawwal’s fore-beginning for the year 1433 while you O companions of fasting Saturday have not fasted other than twenty-eight days, so is there who would reflect?

Perhaps one of the most flair speakers of the pulpits or Muftis of the hometowns from who memorize the Reminder would like to say: “Slowly slowly O who claims that he is the Awaited Mahdi and gives fatwa to the humans that the sun overtook the moon, here I am I uphold the argument against you from the decisive Reminder in nullifying fatwa of the Imam Nasser with the word of Allah the Most High: {Neither is it for the sun to overtake the moon, nor the night precedes the daylight. And all float on in an orbit.}Truthful Allah the Great 36:40”.
{لَا الشَّمْسُ يَنبَغِي لَهَا أَن تُدْرِكَ الْقَمَرَ وَلَا اللَّيْلُ سَابِقُ النَّهَارِ وَكُلٌّ فِي فَلَكٍ يَسْبَحُونَ} صدق الله العظيم [يس:40].

Then the Awaited Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad replies to who claims that he upheld the argument against Imam Nasser from the decisive Reminder and I say: O who memorize the Reminder, your example is as the example of the donkey that carries scrolls yet does not understand what he carries on his back. O you who dispute with me from the decisive Reminder then you claim that the sun should not be for it to overtake the moon nor should be for the night to precede the daylight then you nullify the rising of the sun from its setting place (west), then the Awaited Mahdi replies to you and I say: that is only a cosmic system in the word of Allah the Most High: {Neither is it for the sun to overtake the moon, nor the night precedes the daylight. And all float on in an orbit.}Truthful Allah the Great, it continues from the beginning of length of time until the humans enter in era of the major signs of the Hour, then the sun overtakes the moon so the crescent would born before the eclipse then the sun would meet with it while it’s just a crescent as warning to the humans before the night precedes the day light, the night of appearing of the Awaited Mahdi over all humans, in Al-Qadr night in the Book in the secrets of the computation, who, then, is willing to keep it in mind? And we did not yet limit the appointment of appearing on the night of passing of planet of chastisement with the computation of the humans, and we are sufficient with the reply with the word of Allah the Most High:
{And they say: When will this threat come to pass, if you are truthful?} [Al-Anbyãa´] 21:38
{And they say: When will this threat come to pass, if you are truthful?} [Al-Naml] 27:71
{And they say: When will this threat come to pass, if you are truthful?} [Al-Sajdah] 32:28
{And they say: When will this threat come to pass, if you are truthful?} [Sabaã´] 34:29
{And they say: When will this threat come to pass, if you are truthful?} [Y.S.] 36:48
{And they say: When will this threat come to pass, if you are truthful?} [Al-Mulk] 67:25
{And they say: When will this threat come to pass, if you are truthful?} [Younus] 10:48
{وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَى هَذَا الْوَعْدُ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ} [الأنبياء:38].
{وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَى هَذَا الْوَعْدُ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ} [النمل:71].
{وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَى هَذَا الْفَتْحُ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ} [السجدة:28].
{وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَى هَذَا الْوَعْدُ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ} [سبأ:29].
{وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَى هَذَا الْوَعْدُ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ} [يس:48].
{وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَى هَذَا الْوَعْدُ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ} [الملك:25].
{وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَى هَـذَا الْوَعْدُ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ} [يونس:48].

Then we look at the reply that Allah commanded the messenger and his supporters and the Awaited Mahdi and his supporters to reply with it. And Allah the Most High said: {And they say: When will this threat be (executed), if you are truthful?(25) [U]Say: The knowledge is with Allah only..(26)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Mulk] 67:25-26
{وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَـٰذَا الْوَعْدُ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ ﴿٢٥﴾قُلْ إِنَّمَا الْعِلْمُ عِندَ اللَّـهِ} صدق الله العظيم [الملك:25-26].

Ocommunity of the best foremost supporters, beware determining the passage of planet of chastisement in all of the computation, for the fact those who do not use sense will wait to that day to find-out would Allah chastise them or you are liar? Then the Imam Mahdi replies to them and I say: if we are truthful would your belief on that day benefit you? Don’t you understand? Perhaps one of whom do not understand would like to say: “Slowly slowly O Nasser Mohammad, didn’t you give fatwa from before that the fire of who would hand the leadership to you is Ali Abdullah Saleh, and her he is just handed it to Abd Rabboh Mansour in era of dialogue before appearing?”. Then the Imam Nasser Mohammad replies to him and I say: by Allah who there is no God other than Him that who will hand the leadership of Yemen to the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad is indeed the leader Ali Abdullah Saleh, and I know from Allah what you do not know, and that does not mean that Ali Abdullah Saleh is from the righteous and from Allah’s loyal-servants that brought near, verily the knowledge is with Allah surely his Lord the Knower of him, and He may guide him to the straight path. And I only know the most certain knowledge that he is one who will hand the leadership of Yemen the capital of the worldwide Islamic khilafat to the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni, and since I know that I did not forge against Allah so it is a must that Ali Abdullah Saleh is still ruling Yemen from behind a curtain, and Ali Abdullah Saleh and abd Rabboo Mansour know about this fact, and all matters return to Allah, He knows the dishonest eyes and what the chests conceal.
