{(This is) a Book that We have revealed to you abounding in good, that they may ponder over its verses, and that those of understanding-minds to keep in mind.}
Truthful Allah the Great
{كِتَابٌ أَنزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ مُبَارَكٌ لِيَدَّبَّرُوا آياتهِ وَلِيَتَذَكَّرَ أُوْلُوا الأَلْبَابِ}
..In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds
My honorable brother, peace, Allah’s mercy and His blessings be upon you, an excellent man is this man let your name be Arabic and not foreign, I swear by Allah the Great, the Benign, the All Merciful, Lord of the heavens and the earth and wherever in between them, Lord of the great throne that would never follow the Imam Mahdi the caller to the straight path wholeheartedly inside and out except those of understanding-minds from this nation ratification for the True explanatory-statement for the Reminder in the grand Quran Allah’s argument and His messenger also the Awaited Mahdi, and none of the humans would follow the Truth except those of understanding-minds of humans owners of pondering and thinking. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:
{(This is) a Book that We have revealed to you abounding in good, that they may ponder over its verses, and that those of understanding-minds to keep in mind.}Truthful Allah the Great [S] 38:29
{كِتَابٌ أَنزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ مُبَارَكٌ لِيَدَّبَّرُوا آياتهِ وَلِيَتَذَكَّرَ أُوْلُوا الأَلْبَابِ} صدق الله العظيم [ص:29].
As for who do not ponder (use the sense of mind to reflect) surely they would never follow the Truth from their Lord and they think that themselves who ponder while the follower to the Truth are fools, insane in their view, but on the day of their entering (hell) fire they confessed that they were not pondering:
{And they say: Had we but listened or pondered, we should not have been among the inmates of the burning Fire.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Mulk] 67:10
{لَوْ كُنَّا نَسْمَعُ أَوْ نَعْقِلُ مَا كُنَّا فِي أصحاب السَّعِيرِ} صدق الله العظيم [الملك:10].
Indeed I am the True Imam Mahdi khalifa of Allah Lord of the worlds, I warn the entire supporter and the people altogether to (not) follow me the blind following, especially the Muslims knowledge seekers. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:
{And follow not that of which you have no knowledge. Surely the hearing and the sight and the heart, of all of these it will be asked.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Esrã`a] 17:36
{وَلاَ تَقْفُ مَا لَيْسَ لَكَ بِهِ عِلْمٌ إِنَّ السَّمْعَ وَالْبَصَرَ وَالْفُؤَادَ كلّ أُولئِكَ كَانَ عَنْهُ مَسْؤُولاً} صدق الله العظيم [الإسراء:36].
A warning in this verses to the knowledge seekers to not follow the caller unless he brings to them knowledge and authority from the All Merciful. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:
{And this is a Book We have revealed, full of blessings; so follow it and keep your duty that mercy may be shown to you,}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-An`ãm] 6:155
{ وَهَذَا كِتَابٌ أَنْزَلْنَاهُ مُبَارَكٌ فَاتَّبِعُوهُ وَاتقوا لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ } صدق الله العظيم [الأنعام:155].
O nation of Islam.. O pilgrims of Allah’s sacred House, I am the True Imam Mahdi from your Lord Allah’s khalifa and leaders for the Muslims and a manifest Imam by the True proof for the grand Quran, ant it was not for the True Imam Mahdi from your Lord to follow your desires so he would hold firm with the Quran alone and what came therein then leaves the True prophetic sunn from your Lord as did that a party of you called Quranic ones; those believe in some of the Book and deny others, and it was not for the True Imam Mahdi from your Lord to follow the sunna of Muhammad alone and leaves Allah’s Book behind his back as the Shiites do that and some of them exaggerate in the family of the House (Ali Al-Bait) without right, those believe in some of the Book and deny others, and it should not be for the Imam Mahdi to follow who are of their ilk altogether, and it should not be for the Imam Mahdi to separate between Allah’s Book and the True sunna of His messenger that is not contrary to the decisive grand Quran, and it is not for the True Imam Mahdi to follow their desires, so who believes in Allah and the Book of Allah and the True sunna of His messenger that left them among you Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- verily he should follow the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni who is holding firm with Allah’s Book and the True sunna of His messenger
Perhaps one scholar of the Sunnis would like to say: “Slow down, slowly — O Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni, surely we the Sunni people and Al-Jamaa believe in Allah’s Book and the sunna of His messenger, so why do you describe us as disbelievers in the grand Quran?”. Then the True Imam Mahdi from their Lord replies to them and I say: I swear by Allah the Great that you do not take from the Quran except what you think that came advocating to the prophetic sunna according to your desire and what is contrary to what you have in the prophetic sunna then you say: “None knows its interpretation except Allah”. Only He means the allegorical-similar, Allah cursed you, don’t you guard against evil? In fact you say: “The prophetic sunn is sufficient to us”. And you take from the Quran what concur with your desires according to your thinking that does not avail a thing against the Truth that the explanatory-statement for the word of Allah the Most High:
{..And whatever the messenger gives you, accept it, and whatever he forbids you, abstain (therefrom);}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Hashr] 59:7, so you thought the He means the sunna of His messenger and that is enough for you; in fact that interpretation is forgery against Allah and His messenger;
in fact the True explanatory-statement that what the messenger brought you the commanded you with it in Allah’s Book or in the sunna of His messenger you should take it and what he prohibited you from it in the Allah’s Book and the sunna of His messenger you should abstain (from it), but you think that he means the sunna only! Don’t you guard against evil?
{وَمَا آَتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانْتَهُوا} صدق الله العظيم [الحشر:7]
Verily, who brought you the grand Quran isn’t it Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family? Then you do not take from the Quran except what concur with your desires! So who would save you from Allah’s chastisement if you believe in some of the Book and disbelieve in some — O community of the Sunni people and Al-Jamma?
I se some of you hinder against the Awaited Imam Mahdi an intense hindering and said: “No prophet after Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family”. As if Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni says to you that Allah sent him as a prophet or messenger! And I see refuge in Allah that I forge prophet-hood after the seal of prophets and messengers Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family; in fact, my call did not impress you because I call the people altogether to follow method of the first prophet-hood to what was upon it Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- and those were with him wholeheartedly who were on the method of Allah’s Book and the True sunna of His messenger; in fact you were not impressed with the True fatwa that Allah made verses mother of the Book from the decisive grand Quran, He set in them His main laws in religion in decisive clear verses of the Book, so He made them mother of the Book and the origin to doctrines of the upright Islamic religion, and He set in them His laws upon knowledge from Him to what will the forgers forge against His prophet in the True prophetic sunna, and for that I command to return to the Quran and ponder over the decisive verses that is as a watching tower for the forgers uncovering them and expose them.
O nation of Islam,I swear by Allah the Great, if you did not follow the supporter to Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni who calls you to hold firm in Allah’s decisive Book and the True sunna of His messenger verily you are upon a manifest error, and I fear for you a chastisement of Allah Lord of the worlds, and I try saving you but some of your scholars and the ignorant ones among you they hinder against the Truth an utmost hindering especially the Sunnis,as for the Shiites some of them who curses the True Awaited Mahdi much cursing.
O community of the twelve Shiites, come for I will teach you when I deserve your and the Sunnis’ cursing. it is when you respond to the call to resort for judgement to the decisive grand Quran then you do not find me silencing your tongues by the Truth so you do not find straitness in your chests of what I decided between you and you submit full submission, so if you respond to the call to resort for judgement to Allah’s ruling in His decisive verses and I did not silence your tongues at that only the so called Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni deserves your cursing a big curse, so how he is Allah’s khalifa and Allah made him an Imam of the nation in the earth then scholars of the nation bridle him by the grand Quran! So if do not do and would never do because I will dominate over you by the True Authority of knowledge because I did not forge against Allah with other than the Truth, and I swear by to silence your tongues by the Truth until you submit full submission or disbelieve an deny this grand Quran then Allah would destroy them an utter destruction with the criminals among the worlds who turn against the Reminder full of wisdom; Allah’s comprehensive message to the people altogether till judgement day.
O community of Muslims of whom Allah made them gain knowledge about me and knew the Truth from their Lord, and they said: “We shall wait and see what our scholars would say about you, so if the believed you then we believe you, and if they disbelieve you we disbelieve you”. Then the True Awaited Mahdi from their Lord and I say: You surely belied your minds that Allah distinguished you with it over the cattle , verily I am challenging your minds if you are possessors of understanding-minds, indeed it does not blind the the insight, and I swear by Allah the great that if you used your minds, surely it will give you fatwa with the Truth that is the the Truth, but they belied their minds and the naive ones said:”If the scholars did good and believed you consequently we believe you and if the scholars disbelieved you then we disbelieve you”, and each individual of them waits for scholars of their party to which he belongs! Then I reply to the naive whom if the people do good they do good and after them, and I say to them: Copy even one statement from the explanatory-statements of Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni which is The Basis for the Mahdi-ship call that calls scholars of the nation to resort for judgement to the decisive grand Quran in what they differed therein in the prophetic sunna, so if they could bring an explanatory-statement counter to it nullifying the arbitration to Allah’s laws that is guarded in His decisive Book so he would bring an explanatory-statement to the same verse of which I debate you with then he would bring an explanatory-statement for them that is better than the explanatory-statement of Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni and fitter interpretation on a condition that your mind accepts his explanatory-statements because it is being supported by the authority of knowledge, so at that you come back to my website then you place an explanatory-statement as a response from your knowledge that you follow, so if it cleared that it is better than the explanatory-statement of Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni and fitter interpretation then Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni has deserved the curse of the Muslims, Christians and Jews, yet if you refused to follow the Truth altogether and you turned away from the call to resort for judgement to Allah’s Book as the people of the Book from Jews and Christians turned away from the call of Mohammad messenger of Allah by resorting for judgement to Allah’s Book the grand Quran, then Allah cursed them for their disbelief and prepared for them a grievous chastisement. O nation of Islam, don’t you fear that Allah would curse you as He cursed the disbeliever Jews and Christians whom they refused the call of Mohammad messenger of Allah in resorting for judgement to Allah’s Book the grand Quran in what they differed therein? And Allah the Most High said in His decisive Book: I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed-outcast satan. In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful
{Have you not seen those who are given a portion of the Book? They are invited to the Book of Allah that it may decide between them, then a party of them turn back and they withdraw.}Truthful Allah the Great [Ãli-´Imrãn] 3:23
{أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا نَصِيبًا مِنَ الْكِتَابِ يُدْعَوْنَ إِلَى كِتَابِ اللَّهِ لِيَحْكُمَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثمّ يَتَوَلَّى فَرِيقٌ مِنْهُمْ وَهُمْ معرضونَ (23)} صدق الله العظيم [آل عمران].
This verse does not need interpretation, and I swear by Allah that your scholar and the ignorant know what came in it except the blind about the Truth among whom hinder against the Truth an utmost hindering because their claim that the Truth is with them undoubtedly, as like the Sunnis, Aljamaa and the Shiites. Say bring your proof if you are truthful, if the Truth is with you then for each call (there should be) proof and authority of knowledge from Allah’s decisive Book is the judgement if you are truthful.
O to my amazement from scholars of the nation whom the True Imam Mahdi in their generation calls them to Allah’s book to rule between in what they differed therein, lo and behold they turn away from the Truth from their Lord as the Jews and Christians turned away except who embraced Islam and submitted and surrendered to the Truth from their Lord and did not find straitness in their chests from following the Truth from their Lord, and they submitted a full submission.
So which Mahdi you are waiting for — O community of who selected Allah’s khalifa the Imam Mahdi from the Shiites and the Sunnis? Surely this age and era of coming out of the True Imam Mahdi from your Lord with a decree made absolute in the written Book, verily come on and bring me your Mahdi — O community of the twelve Shiites whom they selected the Awaited Mahdi as a child in the cradle (Mohammed Bin Al-Hasan Al-Askari), then bring him to have dialogue with me if you are truthful!
Perhaps one of the Shiites would like to interrupt me and say: “Not a child in the cradle; in fact his age is five year old”. Then we reply to him and I say: this he is still a child, and what makes you know that he is the khalifa of Allah while he is still a child? In fact; the more strange than this in the matter of the Shiites that they believe in the twelve Imams from the family of the House (Ali Al-Bait), and that is a True doctrine but they wait for other what they believe in; which is for thirteen Imam from the family of the House (Ali Al-Bait) that’s because they know that Al-Yemeni calls to the Truth and guides to a straight path, so is there after the straight path except falsehood! Until when it cleared to them that the True Imam Mahdi from their Lord they forged and said the straight path is only the Imam Mahdi Mohammed Bin Al-Hasan Al-Askari! May Allah fight you whenever you forge (lies); in fact the straight path leads to Allah, the Truth, and not to Mohammed Al-Hasan Al-Askari. Confirming with Allah’s decisive Book in His word the Most High:
{Surely I put my trust in Allah, my Lord and your Lord. There is no living creature but He grasps it by its forelock. Surely my Lord is on the right path.}Truthful Allah the Great [Hûd] 11:56
{إِنِّي تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَى اللَّـهِ رَبِّي وَرَبِّكُم ۚ مَّا مِن دَابَّةٍ إِلَّا هُوَ آخِذٌ بِنَاصِيَتِهَا ۚ إِنَّ رَبِّي عَلَىٰ صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ ﴿٥٦﴾} صدق الله العظيم [هود].
But the twelve Shiites say that the straight path is the Imam Mohammed Bin Al-Hasan Al-Askar and that Al-Yamani calls to Mohammed Al-Hasan Al-Askari! May Allah fight you — O polytheists — except upon whom among you my Lord has mercy and followed the True caller to the straight path; path of Allah the All Mighty, the Praised One, to who pleased to take a path to Him, surely my Lord is upon a straight path, and Allah is my Lord and your Lord, Lord of the heavens and the earth, but not Mohammed Al-Hasan Al-Askari by whom Allah did not send of an authority. O community of twelve Shiites, where do you go while you know that the most guided banner is my banner the of Al-Yemeni, and I call to the Truth and to a straight path? Yet for each call there should be a proof so do not think that my argument is your narratives, and Allah did not make me resort to it whether the True of it or the false as long I find what I am looking for in the grand Quran, otherwise you would have got hold of my destiny and judged against me that it is a must for me to believe your tales altogether; the True of it or the false although I would never disbelieve in the True thereof, I only differ with you to the Truth and I crush with the shoe of my foot whether you have it or the Sunnis and Al-Jamaa, and I place Allah’s Book and the True sunna of His messenger over my head with the knowledge and guidance, so follow me consequently I guide you to a straight path, Allah’s path, the All Mighty, the Praised One, yet not path of Mohammed Bin Al-Hasan Al-Askari, surely I do not worship what you worship — O community of polytheist Shiites except upon whom my Lord has mercy, and whoever did not associate with Allah a thing verily he will follow the caller to the straight path.
As for the Sunnis and Al-Jamaa, they want a Mahdi by the prophetic sunna, and they do not like who debate with the by the grand Quran except what concur with their desire, so you would find them argue with is to prove what they like in the prophetic sunna, but if a decisive verse came in the grand Quran contrary to a thing in the prophetic sunna at that they turn away from the decisive grand Quran and say none knows its interpretation except Allah, even it was clear as the clarity of the sun in the heaven at the time of noon they would have turned away from it and said: “The prophetic sunna is sufficient to us and none know the interpretation of it (Quran) except Allah”, even if it is a decisive verse as like the word of Allah the Most High:
{..then if they are guilty of adultery when they are taken in marriage, they shall suffer half the punishment for free married women.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:25. And Allah only wanted to confirm to you the punishment-law of adultery in the grand Quran in the word of Allah the Most High:
{The adulteress and the adulterer, flog each of them (with) a hundred stripes, and let not pity for them detain you from obedience to Allah, if you believe in Allah and the Last Day, and let a party of believers witness their chastisement.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nour] 24:2
{فَإِذَا أُحْصِنَّ فإنّ أَتَيْنَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ فَعَلَيْهِنَّ نِصْفُ مَا عَلَى الْمُحْصَنَاتِ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ} صدق الله العظيم [النساء:25]
{الزَّانِيَةُ وَالزَّانِي فَاجْلِدُوا كلّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا مِائَةَ جَلْدَةٍ وَلا تَأْخُذْكُمْ بِهِمَا رَأْفَةٌ فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ إِنْ كنتم تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخر وَلْيَشْهَدْ عَذَابَهُمَا طَائِفَةٌ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ} صدق الله العظيم [النور:2].
This is a comprehensive punishment-law to the entire adulterers, so what is adultery? It is that the adulterer place his genital in the genital of a woman she is not lawful for him so she is not his wife by legal contract.
But you made adultery two kinds adultery of the married and adultery of the single, and you made for each of them a punishment-law by great difference (between them) so one of them a hundred lashes and that is a just comprehensive judgement for adultery from the free male of them and the female, as for the married ones you have made their punishment-law stoning with rocks until death! Say: bring your proof if you are truthful. So how that you know that the believing married made-female; her punishment if she committed indecency (of adultery) is only fifty lashes despite she is married by one of the Muslims, then you rule against her comparable the free female Muslim woman stoning by rocks until death, and if killed the adulterers by swords or by bullets the matter would have been easier even though killing is a grievous error; in fact Allah did not command you by killing them, so what is your excuse in stoning them with rocks? I swear by Allah, if it was not contrary to the grand Quran I would not dare to deny it although my mind will say indeed your Lord is not unjust so how would He rule against the married female made by fifty lashes which it is not but half the punishment of adultery? Then sentenced unjustly against the free married female by stoning till death!! Then I searched about the Truth in the Book of my Lord and He gave me fatwa with Truth and said to me:
{..And who is better than Allah to judge for a people who are sure?}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Mã´edah] 5:50
{وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللَّهِ حُكْماً لِقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ} صدق الله العظيم [المائدة:50].
And He said :
{..And your Lord does not wrong anyone.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Kahf] 18:49
{وَلَا يَظْلِمُ ربّك أَحَداً} صدق الله العظيم [الكهف:49].
I knew the just punishment-law of adultery in the Book that the sentence of adultery is a hundred lashes for who committed the indecency (of adultery) of the free Muslims whether they are married or single, there is no excuse for who do not find means for marriage to transgress against the honor of people, and Allah promised them the ever True promise to sustain them from where they do not imagine. Confirming to Allah’s ever True promise:
{..And whoever keeps his duty to Allah, He ordains a way out for him,(2) And gives him sustenance from where he did not imagines ..}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Talaq] 65:2-3
{وَمَن يَتَّقِ اللَّـهَ يَجْعَل لَّهُ مَخْرَجًا ﴿٢﴾ وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ} صدق الله العظيم [الطلاق:2-3].
And confirming to His ever True promise:
{And let those who cannot find a match keep chaste, until Allah makes them free from want out of His grace..}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nour] 24:33
{وَلْيَسْتَعْفِفِ الَّذِينَ لا يَجِدُونَ نِكَاحاً حتّى يُغْنِيَهُمُ اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ} صدق الله العظيم [النور:33].
But you made the single adulterer as if he is excused to commit adultery because he is not married, and for that his sentence is a hundred lashes, while the married ones have no excuse and their punishment is stoning with rocks till death! Say: bring your proof if you are truthful.
But I found in the decisive Book of my Lord that the the married believing female made; her sentence is fifty lashes in the text of the grand Quran. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:
{..then if they are guilty of adultery when they are taken in marriage, they shall suffer half the punishment for free married women.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:25
{فَإِذَا أُحْصِنَّ فإنّ أَتَيْنَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ فَعَلَيْهِنَّ نِصْفُ مَا عَلَى الْمُحْصَنَاتِ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ} صدق الله العظيم [النساء:25].
So what is the punishment-law of the married females? And Allah the Most High said:
{The adulteress and the adulterer, flog each of them (with) a hundred stripes, and let not pity for them detain you from obedience to Allah, if you believe in Allah and the Last Day, and let a party of believers witness their chastisement.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nour] 24:2
{الزَّانِيَةُ وَالزَّانِي فَاجْلِدُوا كلّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا مِائَةَ جَلْدَةٍ وَلا تَأْخُذْكُمْ بِهِمَا رَأْفَةٌ فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ إِنْ كنتم تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخر وَلْيَشْهَدْ عَذَابَهُمَا طَائِفَةٌ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ} صدق الله العظيم [النور:2].
Then we know that He means fifty lashes only for the female made that commits the indecency (of adultery) in spit she is married, then keep your duty to Allah verily you would know that stoning with rocks is a grievous injustice, so how can Allah rule against the married female servant by fifty lashes only the least punishment of the free single female that she has no husband although the free married female you stone her with rocks till death! Say: Bring your proof if you are truthful. But the True Imam Mahdi from your Lord, I do not find the punishment of adultery in the Book but an equal sentence to the entire free Muslim adulterers, as for the servants surely fifty lashes whether they are married or single, and this is the the replacing punishment for the first punishment in the word of Allah the Most High:
{And as for those of your women who are guilty of an indecency, call to witness against them four (witnesses) from among you; so if they bear witness, confine them to the houses until death takes them away or Allah opens a way for them.(15) And as for the two of you who are guilty of it, so harm them both; then if they repent and amend, turn away from them. Surely Allah is ever Oft-returning (to mercy), the Merciful.(16)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:15-16
{وَاللَّاتِي يَأْتِينَ الْفَاحِشَةَ مِنْ نِسَائِكُمْ فَاسْتَشْهِدُوا عَلَيْهِنَّ أَرْبَعَةً مِنْكُمْ فإنّ شَهِدُوا فَأَمْسِكُوهُنَّ فِي الْبُيُوتِ حتّى يَتَوَفَّاهُنَّ الْمَوْتُ أَوْ يَجْعَلَ اللَّهُ لهنّ سبيلاً (15) وَاللَّذَانِ يَأْتِيَانِهَا مِنْكُمْ فَآَذُوهُمَا فإنّ تَابَا وَأَصْلَحَا فَأَعْرِضُوا عَنْهُمَا إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ تَوَّابًا رَحِيمًا (16)} صدق الله العظيم [النساء].
Do you find difference in the punishment of the married women and the unmarried in the first judgement? Surely their sentence is equal and it is that you confine them in their houses and that’s in order to be stopped of (committing) adultery, and if she was married then turn her out to her family’s house. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:
{..Do not turn them out of their houses — nor should they themselves go forth — unless they commit an open indecency. And these are the limits of Allah. And whoever goes beyond the limits of Allah, he indeed wrongs his own soul.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Talaq] 65:1
{لا تُخْرِجُوهُنَّ مِن بُيُوتِهِنَّ وَلا يَخْرُجْنَ إِلا أَن يَأْتِينَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ مبينةٍ وَتِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللَّهِ وَمَن يَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَ اللَّهِ فَقَدْ ظَلَمَ نَفْسَهُ} صدق الله العظيم [الطلاق:1].
So it cleared to us that the imprisonment in the house of her family and not in her husband’s house after committing the indecency with other than her husband, so turning her out should be accomplished and imprisoning her in her family's house. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:
{And as for those of your women who are guilty of an indecency, call to witness against them four (witnesses) from among you; so if they bear witness, confine them to the houses until death takes them away or Allah opens a way for them.(15) And as for the two of you who are guilty of it, so harm them both; then if they repent and amend, turn away from them. Surely Allah is ever Oft-returning (to mercy), the Merciful.(16)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:15-16

That is the punishment-law (against) women of the Muslims to whom committed the indecency of adultery whether she is married or single, and this punishment concerns the women in general the married and the single, as for the men who committed adultery with the women you would find their punishment equal in the decisive grand Quran whether he is married or single, surely they do not get imprisoned in the houses as like the women; in fact their punishment is the hurting by injuring words thus they boy-cut him so they do not eat with him and if he comes to their council they get up and leave him until they know that they turned to Allah and declared their repent (to Him), at that Allah commanded the Muslims to turn away from them after they know their in their repent, and their amend; whether the adulterer is married or single. And for that Allah the Most High said:
{And as for the two of you who are guilty of it, so harm them both; then if they repent and amend, turn away from them. Surely Allah is ever Oft-returning (to mercy), the Merciful.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:16
{وَاللَّذَانِ يَأْتِيَانِهَا مِنْكُمْ فَآَذُوهُمَا فإنّ تَابَا وَأَصْلَحَا فَأَعْرِضُوا عَنْهُمَا إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ تَوَّابًا رَحِيمًا (16)} صدق الله العظيم [النساء].
That’s in order for you to know that the punishment-law of the married adulterer and the single adulterer is an equal punishment. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:
{And as for the two of you who are guilty of it, so harm them both a slight punishment; then if they repent and amend, turn away from them. Surely Allah is ever Oft-returning (to mercy), the Merciful.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:16
{وَاللَّذَانِ يَأْتِيَانِهَا مِنْكُمْ فَآَذُوهُمَا فإنّ تَابَا وَأَصْلَحَا فَأَعْرِضُوا عَنْهُمَا إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ تَوَّابًا رَحِيمًا (16)} صدق الله العظيم [النساء].
Verily, He means the married adulterer or the single adulterer, and for that the Most High said “And as for the two” in pair, and He means the single adulterer and the married adulterer so He made the judgement against them equal, and it is the harming by words and leaving them and not sitting with them until they repent from adultery. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:
{..so harm them both; then if they repent and amend, turn away from them. Surely Allah is ever Oft-returning (to mercy), the Merciful.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:16
{فَآَذُوهُمَا فإنّ تَابَا وَأَصْلَحَا فَأَعْرِضُوا عَنْهُمَا إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ تَوَّابًا رَحِيمًا (16)} صدق الله العظيم [النساء].
Then came the replacement sentence which is the flogging. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:
{The adulteress and the adulterer, flog each of them (with) a hundred stripes, and let not pity for them detain you from obedience to Allah, if you believe in Allah and the Last Day, and let a party of believers witness their chastisement.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nour] 24:2
{الزَّانِيَةُ وَالزَّانِي فَاجْلِدُوا كلّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا مِائَةَ جَلْدَةٍ وَلا تَأْخُذْكُمْ بِهِمَا رَأْفَةٌ فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ إِنْ كنتم تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخر وَلْيَشْهَدْ عَذَابَهُمَا طَائِفَةٌ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ} صدق الله العظيم [النور:2].
That is the enduring punishment law of adultery and the decisive in the decisive grand Quran an equal punishment for the adulteress and the adulterer whether both are single or married of the free Muslims.
As for the male servants and the female maids surely their punishment is fifty lashes half what is against the free. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:
{..then if they are guilty of adultery when they are taken in marriage, they shall suffer half the punishment for (Al-Muhsanat) free married women.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:25
{فَإِذَا أُحْصِنَّ فإنّ أَتَيْنَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ فَعَلَيْهِنَّ نِصْفُ مَا عَلَى الْمُحْصَنَاتِ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ} صدق الله العظيم [النساء:25].
Why the mentioned the married in this place? That’s in order it would not be an argument for you because of the inserted forgery about the punishment-law of stoning, that’s because how can stoning do justice!!
Perhaps one of the genius scholars of stoning would like to say: “Verily, He does not mean (Al-Muhasant) which means the married, in fact Al-Muhsanat the free believing women whom been mentioned in the same verses in the word of Allah the Most High:
{And whoever among you cannot afford to marry (Al-Muhsanat) free believing women, (let him marry) such of your believing maidens as your right hands possess..}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:25
{وَمَنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ مِنْكُمْ طَوْلًا أَنْ يَنكِحَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ فَمِنْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ}صدق الله العظيم [النساء:25].
Then the Awaited Imam Mahdi replies to him and I say: And since when Allah set a punishment-law flog with
{(Al-Muhsanat) free believing women}? That’s because He means by His word in this place
{(Al-Muhsanat) free believing women} which means the pure (guarding chastity) believing women, Allah enjoin on you by marriage from them as He enjoined on you as well in the sunna of His prophet -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family:
[So gain the (pious-female) that possesses religion; may your hands would be in the dust! (if you fail to heed)]
{الْمُحْصَنَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ}
[فاظفر بذات الدين تربت يداك].
And He did not enjoin on you in marrying the adulteresses; in fact the pure-chaste women and they are (Al-Muhsanat) = the believing women guard their genitals and they are the possessors of religion (pious-females), so gain the (pious-female) that possesses religion; may your hands would be in the dust! (if you fail to heed). Surely, how can you set a punishment-law for them so you would flag them by its half (punishment) of the the married female maid! Don’t you understand? And I do not know in Allah’s Book the manifest Arabic Quran that word (Al-Muhsana) is said only on the woman that guard her genital or the married woman and I do not know a third meaning (for it), say: Bring your proof if you are truthful.
They forced me on repeating the explanatory-statement of stoning punishment because my honorable brother reminded him with his response and he acknowledged the Truth, and I feared that another one of the Truth seekers find his reply, then he would find him giving fatwa and say that Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni nullifies the punishment-law of stoning before he read the explanatory-statement of nullifying the punishment-law of stoning, then he leaves turning his back and does not return to our website, then he goes to one of scholars of the nation so he would say to him that there is a man in the worldwide internet nullifies the punishment-law of stoning, then he says to him this scholar that this is Quranic one because those who deny the punishment-law of stoning are the Quranic ones whom they left the sunna of Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- and they held firm with the Quran alone.
But I am the Imam Mahdi, indeed Allah made me a ruler among you with justice in what you differed therein, and I say: I seek refuge in Allah the Great that I be of the Quranic ones whom they believe in the Quran yet they turn away from the True prophetic sunna from Lord of the worlds, I seek refuge in Allah that I be of the Shiites of whom they hold-firm in the sunna alone and they turn away from the grand Quran, and I seek refuge in Allah that I be of the Shiites of whom they hold-firm in narrations came from Al-Etra and they leave the Quran yet they search for book of Fatima Al-Zahra, also I seek refuge in Allah that I belong to any of the Islamic groups whom they split their religion into sects and each party rejoice with what they have; in fact the True the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni an upright Muslim and I am not of the polytheists, holding firmly with Allah’s Book and the True sunna of His messenger except of which is contrary to the decisive grand Quran, then I rub it with the shoe of my foot because I know that it is narration came from other than Allah, it is from the accursed-outcast satan by the tongue of his loyal-friends from the human satans of Jews to revert you after you belief into disbelievers in the decisive Book of Allah, then you would be equal in hell fire, so you followed them and they reverted you after your belief into disbelievers.
Here he is the Imam Mahdi between your hands calling out to you: Come on to Allah’s True decisive judgement in verses mother of the Book in the grand Quran. Then you said: “It is sufficient for us what we found our ancestors whom we found them before us”. Then I reply to them: But they went astray as you went astray and the forgers lead them astray generation after generation while you do not know, and the most strange of this that you banish the adulteress women by opposite of Allah’s first judgement in regard of the adulteresses, and Allah commanded you in His first temporary judgement to detain them in the houses, that’s in order you guarantee lack of repetition of indecency until death comes to them or Allah makes for them a way, which it is the release from imprisonment in the houses of their families, so if they repented and amend before revealing the law of flogging then it should not be applied against them (women) nor against the men whom they repent and amend before revealing the punishment of flogging, then Allah commanded you in turning away from them. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High:
{And as for the two of you who are guilty of it, give them both a slight punishment; then if they repent and amend, turn away from them. Surely Allah is ever Oft-returning (to mercy), the Merciful.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:16
{وَاللَّذَانِ يَأْتِيَانِهَا مِنْكُمْ فَآَذُوهُمَا فإنّ تَابَا وَأَصْلَحَا فَأَعْرِضُوا عَنْهُمَا إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ تَوَّابًا رَحِيمًا (16)} صدق الله العظيم [النساء].
And I do not know about banishment for the adulteress woman away from homelands, and that is only a Jewish cunning so she take her freedom as she pleases so she would commit adultery as she will and anytime she pleases. Unfortunately, you do not use sense O you who follow of which you have no knowledge . don’t you know that Allah will ask you where did your minds go so you follow a thing in punishment of banishing? First, it is contrary to the decisive-law of the grand Quran. Second, mind and logic do not accept it. No power except with Allah the Exalted Most High, the Great, we belong to Allah and to Him we surely return, and is our duty except the clear deliverance of the message?
