In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, forgiveness and peace be upon all the prophets of Allah and His messengers from the first one of them to the seal of them Mohammad messenger of Allah and upon all the believing followers of the truth in every time and place till the Day of Judgement, after this..
From the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni to Al-Houthis and Al-Salafists in Yemen, come so we teach you in this True story happened in the time of the prophet forgiveness and peace be upon and his family. And to the story; there was of the companions who reside for worship in the mosque , and of them who takes away from the a sheltering veil at a corner of the mosque, and one day his wife came to him; brought food to her husband, while he was residing for worship in the mosque, so he consummated with his wife behind the veil, so Allah the Most High sent down His word: {And not consummate with them while you reside for worship in the mosques. These are the limits of Allah, so do not go near them. Thus does Allah make clear His messages for men that they may keep their duty.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqara] 2:187
So look at the word of Allah the Most High: {These are the limits of Allah, so do not go near them.}Truthful Allah the Great, Here you are seeing in Allah’s decisive Book the great Quran that who consummated with his wife behind the veil of residing for worship, so is there upon him a sin? You would find the answer in the decisive Book in the word of Allah the Most High: {And not consummate with them while you reside for worship in the mosques. These are the limits of Allah, so do not go near them. Thus does Allah make clear His messages for men that they may keep their duty.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqara] 2:187
So look at the word of Allah the Most High: {These are the limits of Allah, so go not near them.}Truthful Allah the Great, in spite that the wife is lawful for her husband to consummate with her except in Allah’s Houses so here Allah prohibited it for him to consummate with he in Allah’s House, so what do you think O abd Al-Malik Al-Houthi in the sin of who demolishes Allah’s House over the heads of the worshipers and shed their blood in the magnified House of Allah!? Surely he just exceeded the limits of Allah and committed a great crime, so who told Al-Houthis and Al-Qaida to do so? Surely he is one of the criminals.
Perhaps one of the questioners would like to interrupt me and says: "What does Al-Qaida organisation have to do with this case?" And then we reply to him by the Truth and say: We have to be fair in the Truth of justice so we do not forget that one of the suicide bombers of al-Qaida organisation blew himself up at the door of one of the mosques of Al-Houthis which is also a major crime, anyway the crime of those who struck Al Wadi'ey Mosque with rockets in the region of Saada in Damaj and killed a group of worshipers and wounded others, they have exceeded the limits of Allah and wronged themselves with great injustice.
O community of Shiites and Sunnis do not follow your scholars the blind following, to the fact there is some of scholars of the Sunnis and Shiites who say about Allah what they do not know, O Shiites and Sunnis, do not follow your scholars the blind following in any fatwa unless he brings to you the clear proof from your Lord so devise it for you from Allah’s decisive Book and from His messenger’s True sunna.
Oh and woe for who gave fatwa in the demolitioning Allah’s Houses on the heads of worshipers, he just committed a big crime against himself, and against his nation and he misled himself and misled the nation, keep your duty to Allah O community of Al-Houthis and Al-Salafists, so who made lawful for the believers to kill each other? Surely the curse of Allah and His angels and the people altogether is upon him.
I do not know if sheikh Abd Al-Malik Al-Houthi knows that a team of his supporters was going to demolish Allah’s House on the heads of the worshipers of the Al-Salafis in a mosque facing Al Wadi'ey in province of Saada in the region of Damaj? And who gave them fatwa in legalizing the bloodshed in the houses of Allah despite that the bloodshed of a Muslim unjustly is greater to Allah than demolishing of Kaaba? Where would you go from Allah’s extreme might? So respond to the call to resort to the glorious Quran to be the judge, so we guide you with it to the path of the All Mighty, the Praised, and we judge among you in what you were disputing on in your religion.
Anyway, it is not permissible for you O Salafis to respond similarly, so you demolish Allah’s Houses on the heads of worshipers, so that the houses of Allah don’t go empty from fear of being killed, and it is not permitted for a Muslim to spill the blood of a Muslim in the land, sea and in all parts of the universe and its space, who will save you from a painful chastisement (if you do so)? So keep your duty to Allah and obey me that maybe you’ll be guided, and give up corruption in the land and be acting aright in the land and do not be of who are mischief makers.
So whoever gave fatwa to kill a Muslim with the excuse of his strayness, or in killing an infidel with the excuse of his disbelieve, surely the curse of Allah and his angels and the people altogether would be upon him.
As well, those who cut power lines of the electricity in Ma’erib or in the region of Nahm Sanaa, those are one of the mischief makers on earth, and the law of punishment should be brought against them in the law of Allah, because they sought to destroy the interests of the Muslims in order to achieve his own interests, so he is one of the mischief makers on earth, and their hands should be cut off and their feet from the opposite side or to be banished from the land, and as that those who cut the roads in order to achieve their own interests, they are as well of the mischief makers on earth, surely their hands to be cut off andan their feet from the opposite side or to be banished from the earth to the prison for a while until they repent from doing that, so keep your duty to Allah O community of Muslims, and come for judgment of Allah’s Book the great Quran that you may receive guidance, and if you refuse, then Allah is the judge, and to Him the command from before and after and He is the Swiftest in taking account.
Allah is sufficient for me, there is no God but Him, on Him I rely and He is the Lord of the great Throne, we belong to Allah and to Him we shall return , and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah the Lord of the worlds..
