..Explanatory-statement of (Zakat) the charity pillar exclusively from the grand Quran to who believes in Allah and the Last Day


In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon my grandfather Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family the virtuous and the best foremost to support the Truth among the the ancient ones and the later ones, peace be upon us and upon the righteous servants of Allah, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds..

O scholars of Islam and their nation.. O pilgrims of the sacred House of Allah, I am the Awaited Imam Mahdi verily chosen me Allah over you so he increased me abundantly in knowledge of the True explanatory-statement for the grand Quran over all your scholars to make that the proof of the khilafat of whom Allah selected him an Imam for the people. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {..He said: Surely Allah has chosen him above you, and has increased him abundantly in knowledge..}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:247
{قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ اصْطَفَاهُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَزَادَهُ بَسْطَةً فِي الْعِلْمِ} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:247].

Only that in order for any Imam Allah chose him for the believers then He increases him abundantly in knowledge so he can rule among them in what they differed therein in religion, and as well the Imam Mahdi whom Allah increased him abundantly in knowledge of the True explanatory-statement for the Book so the Imam Mahdi deduces for you Allah’s judgement between you from His decisive Book so the Imam Mahdi would judge with Allah’s judgement between you in what you differed therein with clear messages (decisive verses) and non disbelieve in it except the transgressors. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And We indeed have revealed to you clear messages (decisive verses), and none disbelieve in them except the transgressors.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:99
{وَلَقَدْ أَنْزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ وَمَا يَكْفُرُ بِهَا إِلَّا الْفَاسِقُون} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:99].

A undeniable prerequisite upon us that we bring to you Allah’s judgement from the clear messages (decisive verses) for the scholar of yours of the ignorant understand it all of manifest Arab speaking tongue, and give you an example on that in the law in the Book about who selects Allah’s khalifa, is it rightful for His servants besides Him to select Allah’s khalifa over them? And the answer you find it in Allah’s judgement between them in the decisive Book in the word of Allah the Most High: {And your Lord creates and chooses whom He pleases. To choose is not theirs. Glory be to Allah and exalted be He above what they associate (with Him)!}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Qasas] 28:68
{وَرَبُّكَ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَيَخْتَارُ مَا كَانَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ} صدق الله العظيم [القصص:68].

And Allah the Most High said: {And when your Lord said to the angels: I am going to create a mortal of sounding clay, of black mud fashioned into shape.(28) So when I have made him complete and breathed into him of My spirit, fall down making obeisance to him.(29)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Hijr] 15:28-29. So who gave you permission to chose Allah’s khalifa besides Him oh community of Shiites and Sunnies? Glory be to Allah the Exalted Most High above what they associate (with Him)!
{وَإِذْ قَالَ رَ‌بُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي خَالِقٌ بَشَرً‌ا مِّن صَلْصَالٍ مِّنْ حَمَإٍ مَّسْنُونٍ ﴿٢٨﴾ فَإِذَا سَوَّيْتُهُ وَنَفَخْتُ فِيهِ مِن رُّ‌وحِي فَقَعُوا لَهُ سَاجِدِينَ ﴿٢٩﴾} صدق الله العظيم [الحجر].

O scholars of the Muslims and their people upon their various sects and parties; I am the Awaited Imam Mahdi declaring the absolute disbelief in the pluralism of parties in the upright Islamic religion, surely it should not be for the Truth to follow your desires so I belong to one of your sects it is then I would certainly be of the chastised ones. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And do not be like those who became divided and disagreed after clear arguments had come to them. And for them is a grievous chastisement.}Truthful Allah the Great [Ãli-´Imrãn] 3:105
{وَلاَ تَكُونُواْ كَالَّذِينَ تَفَرَّقُواْ وَاخْتَلَفُواْ مِن بَعْدِ مَا جَاءهُمُ الْبَيِّنَاتُ وَأُوْلَئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ} صدق الله العظيم [آل عمران:105].

It should not be for me to violate the command of Allah the Exalted, the Great, in the decisive grand Quran so I follow the command of the outcast satan, verily it should not be for me to say of Allah what I do not know like you O you who say against Allah what you do not know and you think that you are guided aright, I seek refuge in Allah that I be of the ignorant ones so I follow the command of the outcast satan because satan commands you to say against Allah what you do not know. And Allah the Most High said: {O people, eat the lawful and good things from what is in the earth, and follow not the footsteps of satan. Surely he is an open enemy to you.(168) He commands you only evil and indecency, and that you speak against Allah what you know not.(169)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:168-169
{يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ كُلُوا مِمَّا فِي الْأَرْ‌ضِ حَلَالًا طَيِّبًا وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ إِنَّهُ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُّبِينٌ ﴿١٦٨﴾ إِنَّمَا يَأْمُرُ‌كُم بِالسُّوءِ وَالْفَحْشَاءِ وَأَن تَقُولُوا عَلَى اللَّـهِ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿١٦٩﴾} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة].

But Allah your Lord has forbade you to say of Allah what you do not know. And Allah the Most High said: {Say: My Lord forbids only indecencies, such of them as are apparent and such as are concealed, and sin and unjust rebellion, and that you associate with Allah that for which He has sent down no authority, and that you say of Allah what you know not.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-A`arãf] 7:33
{قُلْ إنَّمَا حَرَّمَ رَبِّي الْفَوَاحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ وَالْإِثْمَ وَالْبَغْيَ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَأَنْ تُشْرِكُوا بِاَللَّهِ مَا لَمْ يُنَزِّلْ بِهِ سُلْطَانًا وَأَنْ تَقُولُوا عَلَى اللَّهِ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ} صدق الله العظيم [الأعراف:33].

Since I know that I am the khalifa of Allah the Awaited Imam Mahdi over you, I announce to all best foremost supporters and all the arriving searchers for the Truth to the dialogue table that I will dominate with the authority of knowledge in the explanatory-statement (Zakat) exclusively from the grand Quran, and if I did not dominate over all scholars of the Muslims, Christians, and Jews with the True authority of knowledge from the decisive grand Quran then I am not the Awaited Mahdi, and all the best foremost supporters in era of dialogue before the appearing have to back away from following the Awaited Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni if they did not find him that he is the dominant with the authority of knowledge from the decisive grand Quran, and that’s inorder you know the law in the Book of choosing the Imams of the Book that Allah is He Who selects and chooses then he would increase abundantly in knowledge whom He selected him over you and selected him an Imam for you. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {..He said: Surely Allah has chosen him above you, and has increased him abundantly in knowledge..}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:247
{قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ اصْطَفَاهُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَزَادَهُ بَسْطَةً فِي الْعِلْمِ} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:247].

For that you find Allah is He Who chose His khalifa Adam -prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon him- to be the khalifa of Allah over the angels and Jinn, and there was another opinion for angels. And Allah the Most High said: {{And when your Lord said to the angels, I am going to place a ruler in the earth, they said: Will You place in it such as make mischief in it and shed blood? And we glorify Your praise and extol Your holiness. He said: Surely I know what you know not.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:30
{وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً قَالُوا أَتَجْعَلُ فِيهَا مَنْ يُفْسِدُ فِيهَا وَيَسْفِكُ الدِّمَاءَ وَنَحْنُ نُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِكَ وَنُقَدِّسُ لَكَقَالَ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ} [البقرة:30].

And Allah means with His word the Most High: {He said: Surely I know what you know not.}Truthful Allah the Great, which means indeed you are not more knowledgeable than your Lord. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And your Lord creates and chooses whom He pleases. To choose is not theirs. Glory be to Allah and exalted be He above what they associate (with Him)!}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Qasas] 28:68
{وَرَبُّكَ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَيَخْتَارُ مَا كَانَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ} صدق الله العظيم [القصص:68].

Then Allah increased to His khlifa Adam -prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon him- abundantly in knowledge over them altogether, then Allah wanted to uphold the argument against His angels that they are not more knowledgeable than their Lord and Who He selects a khalifa for Him will increase to him abundantly in knowledge over whom He made him khlifa over them. And Allah the Most High said: {And He taught Adam all the names, then presented them to the angels; He said: Tell Me the names of those if you are right.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:31
{وَعَلَّمَ آدَمَ الأَسْمَاء كُلَّهَا ثُمَّ عَرَضَهُمْ عَلَى الْمَلاَئِكَةِ فَقَالَ أَنبِئُونِي بِأَسْمَاء هَؤُلاء إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ} [البقرة:31].

So the angles realized that they exceeded their limits in what is not rightful for them, and they knew in what happened in the Self of their Lord against them through the word of Allah the Most High that is directed to His angels: {Tell Me the names of those if you are right.}Truthful Allah the Great, then they repented and turned close and glorified their Lord confessing in their mistake: {They said: Glory be to You! we have no knowledge but that which You have taught us. Surely You are the Knowing, the Wise.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:32
{أَنبِئُونِي بِأَسْمَاء هَؤُلاء إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ} صدق الله العظيم،
{قَالُوا سُبْحَانَكَ لَا عِلْمَ لَنَا إِلَّا مَا عَلَّمْتَنَا إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْعَلِيمُ الْحَكِيمُ} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:32].

Then Allah wanted to offer the proof to His khalifa Adam that Allah Who selected him a khalifa for Him and He has increased him abundantly in knowledge over them. And Allah the Most High said: {He said: O Adam, inform them of their names. So when he informed them of their names, He said: Did I not say to you that I know what is unseen in the heavens and the earth? And I know what you manifest and what you hide.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:33
{قَالَ يَا آدَمُ أَنبِئْهُم بِأَسْمَآئِهِمْ فَلَمَّا أَنبَأَهُمْ بِأَسْمَآئِهِمْ قَالَ أَلَمْ أَقُل لَّكُمْ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ غَيْبَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَأَعْلَمُ مَا تُبْدُونَ وَمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْتُمُونَ} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:33].

Then came the execution of command after establishing the argument against them. And Allah the Most High said: {And when We said to the angels, Be submissive to Adam, they submitted, but Iblis (did not). He refused and was proud, and he was one of the disbelievers.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:34
{وَإِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلاَئِكَةِ اسْجُدُواْ لآدَمَ فَسَجَدُواْ إِلاَّ إِبْلِيسَ أَبَى وَاسْتَكْبَرَ وَكَانَ مِنَ الْكَافِرِينَ} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:34].

Verily ponder over the Quran for you may understand. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {(This is) a Book that We have revealed to thee abounding in good, that they may ponder over its verses, and that those of understanding may mind.}Truthful Allah the Great [S] 38:29
{كِتَابٌ أَنزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ مُبَارَكٌ لِّيَدَّبَّرُوا آيَاتِهِ وَلِيَتَذَكَّرَ أُوْلُوا الْأَلْبَابِ} صدق الله العظيم [ص:29].

Then you know that there is no choice to anyone of Allah’s servants in the matter of selecting Allah’s khalifa besides Him. And Allah the Most High said: {And when your Lord said to the angels, I am going to place a ruler in the earth, they said: Will You place in it such as make mischief in it and shed blood? {وَإِذْ قَالَ رَ‌بُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الْأَرْ‌ضِ خَلِيفَةً قَالُوا أَتَجْعَلُ فِيهَا مَن يُفْسِدُ فِيهَا وَيَسْفِكُ الدِّمَاءَ وَنَحْنُ نُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِكَ وَنُقَدِّسُ لَكَ قَالَ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿٣٠﴾ وَعَلَّمَ آدَمَ الْأَسْمَاءَ كُلَّهَا ثُمَّ عَرَ‌ضَهُمْ عَلَى الْمَلَائِكَةِ فَقَالَ أَنبِئُونِي بِأَسْمَاءِ هَـٰؤُلَاءِ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ ﴿٣١﴾ قَالُوا سُبْحَانَكَ لَا عِلْمَ لَنَا إِلَّا مَا عَلَّمْتَنَا إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْعَلِيمُ الْحَكِيمُ ﴿٣٢﴾ قَالَ يَا آدَمُ أَنبِئْهُم بِأَسْمَائِهِمْ فَلَمَّا أَنبَأَهُم بِأَسْمَائِهِمْ قَالَ أَلَمْ أَقُل لَّكُمْ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ غَيْبَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْ‌ضِ وَأَعْلَمُ مَا تُبْدُونَ وَمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْتُمُونَ ﴿٣٣﴾ وَإِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِآدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا إِلَّا إِبْلِيسَ أَبَىٰ وَاسْتَكْبَرَ‌ وَكَانَ مِنَ الْكَافِرِ‌ينَ ﴿٣٤﴾} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة].

That is confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And your Lord creates and chooses whom He pleases. To choose is not theirs. Glory be to Allah and exalted be He above what they associate (with Him)!}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Qasas] 28:68
{وَرَبُّكَ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَيَخْتَارُ مَا كَانَ لَهُمُ الْخِيَرَةُ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَتَعَالَى عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ} صدق الله العظيم [القصص:68].

O scholars of the nation of Islam, by Allah if you were still upon the True guidance Allah would not have sent me the Imam Mahdi to guide you and the people altogether to the straight path, with the True explanatory-statement for the glorious Quran to guide you with it to the path of the All Mighty, the Praised One. O scholars of Islam and their nation it is time for we clarify for you the pillar of (Zakat) charity that Allah impose on you to hand it to whom Allah made him khalifa over you. And Allah the Most High said: {O you who believe, surely many of the doctors of law and the monks eat away the property of men falsely, and hinder (them) from Allah’s way. And those who hoard up gold and silver and spend it not in Allah’s way — announce to them a painful chastisement,(34) On the day when it will be heated in the Fire of hell, then their foreheads and their sides and their backs will be branded with it: This is what you hoarded up for yourselves, so taste what you used to hoard.(35)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Tawba] 9:34-35
{وَالَّذِينَ يَكْنِزُونَ الذَّهَبَ وَالْفِضَّةَ وَلَا يُنفِقُونَهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّـهِ فَبَشِّرْ‌هُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ ﴿٣٤﴾ يَوْمَ يُحْمَىٰ عَلَيْهَا فِي نَارِ‌ جَهَنَّمَ فَتُكْوَىٰ بِهَا جِبَاهُهُمْ وَجُنُوبُهُمْ وَظُهُورُ‌هُمْ هَـٰذَا مَا كَنَزْتُمْ لِأَنفُسِكُمْ فَذُوقُوا مَا كُنتُمْ تَكْنِزُونَ ﴿٣٥﴾} صدق الله العظيم [التوبة].

The question that comes up is: Did Allah impose on you to spend your wealth altogether in the cause of Allah? And the answer you find it in the decisive Book in the word of Allah the Most High: {And in whose wealth there is a known right.(24) For the beggar and the destitute,(25)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ma`ãrej] 70:24-25
{وَالَّذِينَ فِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ مَّعْلُومٌ ﴿٢٤﴾ لِّلسَّائِلِ وَالْمَحْرُ‌ومِ ﴿٢٥﴾} صدق الله العظيم [المعارج].

Then another question, how much is the measure of this known right in the Book? Then you find the answer in the word of Allah the Most High: {O you who believe, surely many of the doctors of law and the monks eat away the property of men falsely, and hinder (them) from Allah’s way. And those who hoard up gold and silver and spend it not in Allah’s way — announce to them a painful chastisement,(34) On the day when it will be heated in the Fire of hell, then their foreheads and their sides and their backs will be branded with it: This is what you hoarded up for yourselves, so taste what you used to hoard.(35)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Tawba] 9:34-35
{وَالَّذِينَ يَكْنِزُونَ الذَّهَبَ وَالْفِضَّةَ وَلَا يُنفِقُونَهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّـهِ فَبَشِّرْ‌هُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ ﴿٣٤﴾ يَوْمَ يُحْمَىٰ عَلَيْهَا فِي نَارِ‌ جَهَنَّمَ فَتُكْوَىٰ بِهَا جِبَاهُهُمْ وَجُنُوبُهُمْ وَظُهُورُ‌هُمْ هَـٰذَا مَا كَنَزْتُمْ لِأَنفُسِكُمْ فَذُوقُوا مَا كُنتُمْ تَكْنِزُونَ ﴿٣٥﴾} صدق الله العظيم [التوبة].

Then you know that Allah imposed on you one tenth of the gold or the equivalent of silver, so he who took out of it the tenth Allah’s right it is as if he spent it all in Allah’s cause to the fact that the tenth Allah writes it by tenfold like it. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {Whoever brings a good deed will have tenfold like it..}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-An`ãm] 6:160
{مَنْ جَاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ عَشْرُ أَمْثَالِهَا} صدق الله العظيم [الأنعام:160].

If one of you have a hundred grams of gold and in order for him to know how much the measure of the tenth in it in the computation, then let him do the following: 100÷10= 10, so that is the Tenth for the hundred grams of gold.

So if he took out the ten grams Allah’s right of it to spend it in Allah’s cause verily Allah will write for Him as if he spent the hundred grams altogether, that is because the ten grams will be written by tenfold like it. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {Whoever brings a good deed will have tenfold like it..}Truthful Allah the Great, that is the imposed share of Allah in your earned wealth.
{مَنْ جَاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ عَشْرُ أَمْثَالِهَا} صدق الله العظيم،

As for the treasures of the booty or spoils so Allah’s right in it is double of the tenth. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And know that whatever you acquire in war, a fifth of it is for Allah and for the Messenger and for the near of kin and the orphans and the needy and the wayfarer, if you believe in Allah and in that which We revealed to Our servant, on the day of Discrimination, the day on which the two parties met. And Allah is Possessor of power over all things.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Anfãl] 8:41
{وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلّهِ خُمُسَهُ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ إِن كُنتُمْ آمَنتُمْ بِاللّهِ وَمَا أَنزَلْنَا عَلَى عَبْدِنَا يَوْمَ الْفُرْقَانِ يَوْمَ الْتَقَى الْجَمْعَانِ وَاللّهُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ} صدق الله العظيم [الأنفال:41].

But the charity of booty which Allah provided you with it a booty from Him the imposed right of Allah differs than His right in the earned wealth for the fact you find the charity from the booty is double the charity of the earned wealth. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And know that whatever you acquire in war, a fifth of it is for Allah}Truthful Allah the Great, so if one of you acquired a treasure (hundred grams of gold) then Allah’s right in it is twenty grams. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And know that whatever you acquire in war, a fifth of it is for Allah}Truthful Allah the Great.
{وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلّهِ خُمُسَهُ} صدق الله العظيم،
{وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّمَا غَنِمْتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَأَنَّ لِلّهِ خُمُسَهُ} صدق الله العظيم.

And in order for you to know how much the fifth of the hundred grams of gold then divide the hundred grams to five fifths, or you do the following: 100÷5 = 20, so that is the fifth

As for Allah’s imposed right in your earned wealth it is less than fifth, that is because Allah imposed upon you the tenth for Allah in your earned wealth, and in order for you to know how much is tenth of the hundred grams of gold or the equivalent of the silver, so it is the following: 100÷10=10 grams

So how can you go astray from decisive clear verses they are mother of the Book? Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And We indeed have revealed to you clear messages, and none disbelieve in them except the transgressors.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:99
{وَلَقَدْ أَنْزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ وَمَا يَكْفُرُ بِهَا إِلَّا الْفَاسِقُون} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:99].

Didn’t we promise you that we are able with Allah’s permission to explain in details to you all the pillars of Islam altogether from Allah’s decisive Book the grand Quran, so we would clarify it for you as Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- was clarifying it to those who were before you. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {..And We have revealed to you the Reminder that you may make clear to the people that which has been revealed to them, and that haply they may reflect.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nahl] 16:44, in order for us to take you back to the method of the first prophet-hood by Allah’s Book and the True sunna of His messenger, and the Truth is more deserving to be followed.
{وَأَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الذِّكْرَ لِتُبَيِّنَ لِلنَّاسِ مَا نُزِّلَ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ} صدق الله العظيم [النحل:44].

We still have lots and lots of details about the third pillar from the pillars of Islam indeed it is (Zakat) the charity. Wow! Then to those who turned away from the pillar of (Zakat) charity verily Allah does not accept from them their testimony, nor their prayers, nor their fasting, nor their (hajj) pilgrimage, then will be heated on it in the fire of hell then their foreheads and their sides will be branded with it. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {O you who believe, surely many of the doctors of law and the monks eat away the property of men falsely, and hinder (them) from Allah’s way. And those who hoard up gold and silver and spend it not in Allah’s way — announce to them a painful chastisement,(34) On the day when it will be heated in the Fire of hell, then their foreheads and their sides and their backs will be branded with it: This is what you hoarded up for yourselves, so taste what you used to hoard.(35)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Tawba] 9:34-35
{وَالَّذِينَ يَكْنِزُونَ الذَّهَبَ وَالْفِضَّةَ وَلَا يُنفِقُونَهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّـهِ فَبَشِّرْ‌هُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ ﴿٣٤﴾ يَوْمَ يُحْمَىٰ عَلَيْهَا فِي نَارِ‌ جَهَنَّمَ فَتُكْوَىٰ بِهَا جِبَاهُهُمْ وَجُنُوبُهُمْ وَظُهُورُ‌هُمْ ۖ هَـٰذَا مَا كَنَزْتُمْ لِأَنفُسِكُمْ فَذُوقُوا مَا كُنتُمْ تَكْنِزُونَ ﴿٣٥﴾} صدق الله العظيم [التوبة].

And the zakat is not from the one wealth in every time as they say against Allah those who do not know; the charity of the hundred gram taking it out in each time from the same wealth itself! In that case it will get exhausted (runout) and the matter is over, but Allah the Most High said: {And in whose wealth there is a known right.(24) For the beggar and the destitute,(25)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ma`ãrej] 70:24-25, so where is the known O community of who say against Allah what they do not, since you made fatwa that taking it out in every time from the same wealth? So let us suppose that one of you has a hundred gram of gold saved it for his young children (to be inherited) after his death, so you ordered him to take out from it Allah’s right in each year. Then he takes out for you ten grams, and in every year ten grams so after passing ten years it will run out, then he would not find a thing in safebox! Don’t you keep guard? But Allah’s right is known, so if been taken out the right of the ten from the thousand grams of gold then he treasures it for his dependents when after him surely it became pure and purified till the day of resurrection, surely Allah did not impose His right in it except one time only, only, only, and not in every time, in fact Allah’s right is in the new wealth, so if you earned a new wealth then take out Allah’s right from it then it becomes pure and purified, keep your duty to Allah and Allah teaches you.
{وَالَّذِينَ فِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ مَّعْلُومٌ ﴿٢٤﴾ لِّلسَّائِلِ وَالْمَحْرُ‌ومِ ﴿٢٥﴾} [المعارج]

..Furthermore details about the pillar of the imposed (Zakat) charity from the decisive revelations


In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon the seal of the prophets and messengers Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his supporters among the former ones and the later ones and among the upper assembly till the day of Judgement..

We shall give more to the doers of good with the True explanatory-statement from the manifest Quran about the amount of the imposed (Zakat) in their money, and it is Allah’s imposed right to whom his money reached the known required-amount in the grand Quran tenth of every ten grams of gold or the equivalent of silver, a fact that I do not say of Allah except the Truth so I rule between you by the decisive word and it is not a joke, and I explain to you the double in the Book between the imposed charity and the voluntary charity, and Allah made the True fatwa in the decisive verses of the Book. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And We indeed have revealed to you clear messages, and none disbelieve in them except the transgressors.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:99
{وَلَقَدْ أَنْزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ وَمَا يَكْفُرُ بِهَا إِلَّا الْفَاسِقُونَ} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:99].

And the law of the Book about the computation between the worshipers and the worshiped Lord in the good deed and the bad deed you find the fatwa to you from your Lord in His decisive Book the grand Quran in the word of Allah the Most High: {Whoever brings a good deed will have tenfold like it, and whoever brings a bad deed, will be recompensed only with the like of it..}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-An`ãm] 6:160
{مَنْ جَاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ عَشْرُ أَمْثَالِهَا وَمَنْ جَاءَ بِالسَّيِّئَةِ فَلَا يُجْزَى إِلَّا مِثْلَهَا} صدق الله العظيم [الأنعام:160].

The intended good deed in this verse is the imposed good deed upon the believers from their Lord an imposed command, so whoever did the imposed upon him from his Lord surely from Allah’s generosity that it is not written for him by like it in fact would be written by tenfold like it, through this we can know how much exactly the required-measure for the amount of the imposed (Zakat) charity, so I find in the Book that the amount of (Zakat) charity is in each ten grams of gold or the equivalent of silver is taking tenth out of that. As for how is dividing the tenth from that it would be done by dividing the ten grams to ten parts then we take from it the tenth share the imposed right of Allah, then Allah write that for him by tenfold like it. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {Whoever brings a good deed will have tenfold like it..}Truthful Allah the Great, as if he spent the ten grams altogether for Allah’s path. And for that Allah the Most High said: {O you who believe, surely many of the doctors of law and the monks eat away the property of men falsely, and hinder (them) from Allah’s way. And it cleared to you the explanatory-statement of this verse with Truth that the required amount of the charity is when it reaches ten grams of gold, since that in each ten grams of ten grams there is a required-measure of one gram, so upon this footing would be determined the amount of (Zakat) charity even if it is a million grams, so there is one gram in each ten grams, and dividing the million grams over ten parts then we take the tenth portion, or we divide it through the calculation of the mathematical way (1000000 ÷ 10) = 100000 grams is the imposed share of Allah of that million grams.

Since Allah would never write for His servant that he spent a hundred thousand gram; in fact He commanded the angel Raqeeb to write for His servant a million grams of gold, that’s because the hundred grams will be written by tenfold like it. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {Whoever brings a good deed will have tenfold like it..}Truthful Allah the Great, But the difference is indeed great between the imposed charity in the Book and the voluntary charity from the servant coveting in Allah’s love and His nearness, so if you look at the doubling of the imposed gram you find it as if he spent ten like it, but when this voluntary gram is (to be brought) close to Allah you find that the difference in its multitudes between the compulsory and the voluntary is six hundred and ninety folds. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {The parable of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is as the parable of a grain growing seven ears, in every ear a hundred grains. And Allah multiplies (further) for whom He pleases. And Allah is Ample-giving, Knowing.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:261
{مَنْ جَاءَ بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ عَشْرُ أَمْثَالِهَا} صدق الله العظيم
{مَثَلُ الَّذِينَ يُنْفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ كَمَثَلِ حَبَّةٍ أَنْبَتَتْ سَبْعَ سَنَابِلَ فِي كُلِّ سُنْبُلَةٍ مِائَةُ حَبَّةٍ وَاللَّهُ يُضَاعِفُ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ وَاللَّهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:261].

So you find between the difference between the doublings is six hundred and ninety folds, and for that you find in the Book those who are brought near and the companions of the right side, as for those who are brought near the did what Allah impose upon them and they equipped themselves with doing the voluntary gift to get close to their Lord and those they do not get satisfied nor they be contented no matter what they spent surely one of them would that he has a mountain of gold to enjoy by spending it in Allah’s path coveting in Allah’s love and His nearness, and for that Allah loved them and brought them near, and for each levels of what they did according to the servant’s pursuit without flattery (seeking praise). Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {Have you seen him who turns back,(33) And gives a little, then withholds?(34) Has he the knowledge of the unseen so that he can see?(35) Or has he not been informed of what is in the scriptures of Moses,(36) And (of) Abraham who fulfilled (commandments)?(37) That no bearer of burden bears another’s burden;(38) And that man can have nothing but what he strives for;(39) And that his striving will soon be seen.(40) Then he will be rewarded for it with the fullest reward.(41)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Najm] 53:33-41
{أَفَرَ‌أَيْتَ الَّذِي تَوَلَّىٰ ﴿33﴾ وَأَعْطَىٰ قَلِيلًا وَأَكْدَىٰ ﴿34﴾ أَعِندَهُ عِلْمُ الْغَيْبِ فَهُوَ يَرَ‌ىٰ ﴿35﴾ أَمْ لَمْ يُنَبَّأْ بِمَا فِي صُحُفِ مُوسَىٰ ﴿36﴾ وَإِبْرَ‌اهِيمَ الَّذِي وَفَّىٰ ﴿37﴾ أَلَّا تَزِرُ‌ وَازِرَ‌ةٌ وِزْرَ‌ أُخْرَ‌ىٰ ﴿38﴾ وَأَن لَّيْسَ لِلْإِنسَانِ إِلَّا مَا سَعَىٰ ﴿39﴾ وَأَنَّ سَعْيَهُ سَوْفَ يُرَ‌ىٰ ﴿40﴾ ثُمَّ يُجْزَاهُ الْجَزَاءَ الْأَوْفَىٰ ﴿41﴾} صدق الله العظيم [النجم].

It is amust of doing the good deeds and only multiplies it Allah the Ample-giving, the Knowing, so the one who spend a thousand grams of gold surely Allah would never write it for him a thousand gram of gold; in fact if it was imposed (zakat) charity, surely He commanded the angel Raqeeb to write that His servant gave charity with ten thousand grams of gold, as for if it was a voluntary charity then Allah commands the angel Raqeeb to write that His servant gave charity of seven hundred thousand grams of gold, indeed the difference between the ten thousand grams of gold and the seven hundred thousand grams of gold while the spending is the basis is not but a thousand grams, who is more generous than Allah the Most generous than all who are generous?


In regards to a question that the Awaited Mahdi received it from one of the best foremost supporters as follows:

Our Imam, I have one question: Is it also must taking out money of charity (Zakat) from the monthly salary for the employee every month? And what is the required-amount of the earned salary which is obligated in the Zakat? And how can we determine it?
Then we reply with the answer by the aright word from the decisive Book remembrance for the possessors of understanding-minds, the required-amount for (Zakat) of the money is that if it reached ten grams of gold or what equals its value of (dirhams) the paper money according to the exchanged currency in the country, I do not find Zakat for who owns nine grams of gold to the fact it did not reach the known required-amount in the Book; in fact in every ten grams a required-amount, and if it was nineteen grams of gold furly there is no required-amount except the tenth of the first ten, so if reached the twenty grams of its required-amount became two grams, as well the salary if it equals to the value of ten grams of gold then there is in it a required-amount, and if the salary equals to the value of nineteen grams of gold then there is no required-amount in it other than the required-amount of the ten (grams), so if the value of the salary reached the value of the twenty grams of gold then its determined-value is what equals two grams, and I do not mean what equals its value to two grams of gold with the addition of the manufacturing price which takes it the owners of the gold shops when selling and buying; in fact I mean the (world-market) price of gold internationally, that’s because who wants buying gold it will be expansive for him because the difference of manufacturing work that transformed the gold into jewelry; in fact I mean the price of gold globally.

As well we reply with the answer to one of the questioning supporters who says what follows:

?To whom we give out the charity (Zakat) [who will gather it]
?To whom the Zakat would be handed (aspects of the distribution)
?Is there a specified of the required-amount for the charity or the charity is an obligation on every Muslim
?Is it necessary passing a year over the wealth to take out from it the charity (Zakat) or by as soon of earning it
Then we answer for his first question:To whom we give out the charity (Zakat) [who will gather it]? It should be handed to those employed to administer it who are assigned to gather it by the khalifa of the Muslims and they have salary drawn from it. And for that Allah the Most High said: {..and those employed to administer it,} [Al-Tawba] 9:60
{وَالْعَامِلِينَ عَلَيْهَا} [التوبة:60].
As for apportioning it verily the prophet or the khalifa takes the responsibility of apportioning it in its True distribution-exchange, and Allah did not make for the rich Muslims share in the charity (Zakat) that is handed to the prophet except if the prophet pleased to give them for a wisdom to unite with it the hearts of the people of the world over the religion to make them like it into themselves, and it should not be for those whom he did not give them from it a thing to get displeased because it did not get obligated because of them, and for that there was some of the rich hypocrites got angry against the prophet to the fact Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- did not give them a thing from it. And Allah the Most High said: {And of them are those who blame you in the matter of the charity (Zakat). So if they are given thereof, they are pleased, and if they are not given thereof, lo! they are enraged.(58) And if they were content with that which Allah and His Messenger gave them, and had said: Allah is sufficient for us; Allah will soon give us (more) out of His grace and His messenger too: surely to Allah we make petition.(59) (Zakat) charity is only for the poor and the needy, and those employed to administer it, and those whose hearts are made to incline (to truth), and (to free) the captives, and those in debt, and in the way of Allah and for the wayfarer — an ordinance from Allah. And Allah is Knowing, Wise.(60)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Tawba] 9:58-60
{وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَلْمِزُكَ فِي الصَّدَقَاتِ فَإِنْ أُعْطُوا مِنْهَا رَ‌ضُوا وَإِن لَّمْ يُعْطَوْا مِنْهَا إِذَا هُمْ يَسْخَطُونَ ﴿58﴾ وَلَوْ أَنَّهُمْ رَ‌ضُوا مَا آتَاهُمُ اللَّـهُ وَرَ‌سُولُهُ وَقَالُوا حَسْبُنَا اللَّـهُ سَيُؤْتِينَا اللَّـهُ مِن فَضْلِهِ وَرَ‌سُولُهُ إِنَّا إِلَى اللَّـهِ رَ‌اغِبُونَ ﴿59﴾ إِنَّمَا الصَّدَقَاتُ لِلْفُقَرَ‌اءِ وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَالْعَامِلِينَ عَلَيْهَا وَالْمُؤَلَّفَةِ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَفِي الرِّ‌قَابِ وَالْغَارِ‌مِينَ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللَّـهِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ ۖ فَرِ‌يضَةً مِّنَ اللَّـهِ ۗ وَاللَّـهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ ﴿60﴾} صدق الله العظيم [التوبة].

As in regards to what they name it by the annual (yearly) surely that does not concern the charity (Zakat) of money; in fact the money if reached its required-amount then should take out Allah’s right from it directly as Allah’s command in His Book so its required-amount does not go; in fact he should take out Allah’s right from it(which is) the tenth aside.

[U]As in respect to the annual (yearly) surely it concerns the other (Zakat) charity which it grows from the little-young[U] as like the charity (Zakat) of the camels, sheep, cows and the fruits, there is for it another explanatory-statement in the decree made absolute for it.

As for the fruits, so what perishes of it it should not be given to the who is responsible as the charity (Zakat) of the vegetables; in fact to the present needy. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {We shall try them as We tried the owners of the garden, when they swore to pluck its fruits in the morning,(17) And would not set aside a portion (for the poor).(18) But a visitation from your Lord came on it, while they slept.(19) So it became as black, barren land,(20) Then they called out one to another in the morning,(21) Saying: Go early to your tilth, if you would pluck (the fruit).(22) So they went, while they said one to another in low tones;(23) No poor man shall enter it today upon you.(24) And in the morning they went, having the power to prevent.(25) But when they saw it, they said: Surely we are in error;(26) Nay, we are made to suffer privation.(27) The best of them said: Said I not to you, Why do you not glorify (Allah)?(28) They said: Glory be to our Lord! surely we were unjust.(29) Then some of them advanced against others, blaming each other.(30) Said they: O woe to us! Surely we were inordinate(31) Maybe, our Lord will give us instead one better than it — surely to our Lord we make petition.(32) Such is the chastisement. And certainly the chastisement of the Hereafter is greater, did they but know!(33)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Qalam] 68:17-33
{إِنَّا بَلَوْنَاهُمْ كَمَا بَلَوْنَا أَصْحَابَ الْجَنَّةِ إِذْ أَقْسَمُوا لَيَصْرِ‌مُنَّهَا مُصْبِحِينَ ﴿17﴾ وَلَا يَسْتَثْنُونَ ﴿18﴾ فَطَافَ عَلَيْهَا طَائِفٌ مِّن رَّ‌بِّكَ وَهُمْ نَائِمُونَ ﴿19﴾ فَأَصْبَحَتْ كَالصَّرِ‌يمِ ﴿20﴾ فَتَنَادَوْا مُصْبِحِينَ ﴿21﴾ أَنِ اغْدُوا عَلَىٰ حَرْ‌ثِكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ صَارِ‌مِينَ ﴿22﴾ فَانطَلَقُوا وَهُمْ يَتَخَافَتُونَ ﴿23﴾ أَن لَّا يَدْخُلَنَّهَا الْيَوْمَ عَلَيْكُم مِّسْكِينٌ ﴿24﴾ وَغَدَوْا عَلَىٰ حَرْ‌دٍ قَادِرِ‌ينَ ﴿25﴾ فَلَمَّا رَ‌أَوْهَا قَالُوا إِنَّا لَضَالُّونَ ﴿26﴾ بَلْ نَحْنُ مَحْرُ‌ومُونَ ﴿27﴾ قَالَ أَوْسَطُهُمْ أَلَمْ أَقُل لَّكُمْ لَوْلَا تُسَبِّحُونَ ﴿28﴾ قَالُوا سُبْحَانَ رَ‌بِّنَا إِنَّا كُنَّا ظَالِمِينَ ﴿29﴾ فَأَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ يَتَلَاوَمُونَ ﴿30﴾ قَالُوا يَا وَيْلَنَا إِنَّا كُنَّا طَاغِينَ ﴿31﴾ عَسَىٰ رَ‌بُّنَا أَن يُبْدِلَنَا خَيْرً‌ا مِّنْهَا إِنَّا إِلَىٰ رَ‌بِّنَا رَ‌اغِبُونَ ﴿32﴾ كَذَٰلِكَ الْعَذَابُ ۖ وَلَعَذَابُ الْآخِرَ‌ةِ أَكْبَرُ‌ ۚ لَوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ ﴿33﴾} صدق الله العظيم [القلم].

..No, there is no charity (Zakat) for the house nor it enters in the (estate) inheritance with presence of children

.I have two questions
1- Is there charity (zakat) on the value of the house that we own it? And is it if the house’s value increased every year, do we have to pay (Zakat) charity according to the increase?
?2- Is it a must the slaughter at Eid or possible paying that charity by the paper currency

Allah’s peace upon my honorable brother and upon Allah’s righteous servants, and I give you fatwa with Truth that I do not find in Allah’s Book (Zakat) charity about the house nor I dare to say of Allah other than the Truth, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds

As in regards to the slaughter in blessed Eid of Sacrifice (Al-Adha) verily it is a must sunna in the Book for those who afford. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And the camels, We have made them of the signs appointed by Allah for you — for you therein is much good. So mention the name of Allah on them standing in a row. Then when they fall down on their sides, eat of them and feed the contented one and the beggar. Thus have We made them subservient to you that you may be grateful.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Hajj] 22:36

..The True explanatory-statement about (Zakat Al-Fitr) the charity of breaking-fast


The original post written by people He loves them and they love Him
In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds
In the occasion of entering the month of Ramadan, what is the Zakat Al-Fitr (charity of Ramadan)?
Is it permissible paying the Zakat for the participation in buying the channel pulpit for the Awaited Mahdi for example?
Or like these things are being from donations beyond the forced obligation and not from the original forced obligatory-charity for Zakat?
And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds

My honorable asking brother, I do not find in the decisive Quran an obligated Zakat its name is Zakat Al-Fitr nor Ramadan Zakat (charity of Ramadan), It was only mere trick from the rulers and their scholars to increase the income of the house of treasury and nothing else, in fact we can explain the pillar of the obligatory charity (Zakat) in details from Allah’s Book the grand Quran, so how Allah makes another charity (Zakat)? In fact the pillar of charity (Zakat) is one in Islam, and we are speaking about the obligatory charity (Zakat) a pillar from the pillars of Islam with a major importance in the religion and the country of the Muslims.

As for your question that you say in it:

Is it permissible paying the Zakat for the participation in buying the channel pulpit for the Awaited Mahdi for example?
Or like these things are being from donations beyond the imposed obligation and not from the original forced obligatory-charity for Zakat?

Then we reply to you with Truth that Allah did not make the charity (Zakat) exclusively for the poor and the needy, only Allah made a share of it for them without anything in return as an exchange, and their share is only what suffices them and stop their hunger and there is no share in it for the rich except something in return or for wisdom that the ruler sees it, but those employed to administer it; it is an exchange in return of their work, thus was Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah's forgiveness and peace of Allah be upon him and his family- spending on his army from the charity (Zakat). And Allah the Most High said: {They it is who say: Do not spend on those who are with the messenger of Allah that they may disperse. And Allah’s are the treasures of the heavens and the earth, but the hypocrites do not understand.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Munafiqoon] 63:7
{هُمُ الَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ لَا تُنفِقُوا عَلَى مَنْ عِندَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ حَتَّى يَنفَضُّوا وَلِلَّهِ خَزَائِنُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَلَكِنَّ الْمُنَافِقِينَ لَا يَفْقَهُونَ} صدق الله العظيم [المنافقون:7].

In fact the charity (Zakat) its major expenditure is the seventh expenditure in the way of Allah. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {(Zakat) charity is only for the poor and the needy, and those employed to administer it, and those whose hearts are made to incline (to truth), and (to free) the captives, and those in debt, and in the way of Allah and for the wayfarer — an ordinance from Allah. And Allah is Knowing, Wise.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Tawba] 9:60
{إِنَّمَا الصَّدَقَاتُ لِلْفُقَرَاء وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَالْعَامِلِينَ عَلَيْهَا وَالْمُؤَلَّفَةِ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَفِي الرِّقَابِ وَالْغَارِمِينَ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ فَرِيضَةً مِّنَ اللّهِ وَاللّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ} صدق الله العظيم [التوبة:60].

And the word of Allah the Most High: {and in the way of Allah} includes many expenses, of it preparing the power and the gear for the army in the way of Allah, and of it the salaries of those employed to administer it at their different fields, and built on it all institutions of the Islamic state, and added to the house of treasury fifth of the gain, also added to the Muslims’ house of treasury the taxes and the measure of it as like the exact measure of the obligatory charity (Zakat), and it is only named Zakat (when) from the Muslim because Allah will cleans him and purify him with it, as for other than the Muslim it is named tax, as well being added to the Muslims’ house of treasury the income of the Islamic state investment projects and those employed to administer it work on improving the economy of the country, or you think that those employed to administer it are only who receive it, no in fact those employed to administer it are all whom have salaries from it and carried the trust and the responsibility of the nation upon their shoulders, and there be a ruler behind them who does not fear in Allah a blame of a blamer, so he does not compromise in the house of treasury if discovered the looting and robbing, and he punishes whom they are not entitled for the trust, and he removes them from their positions even if he was his brother; son of his mother and his father, and thus the country lives free from corruption and the economy of the country grows and advances-ahead, and the living of (Allah’s) servants improves, and the whole mischief ends and the people live in peace being secured in safety, the fact that is the reason of mischief is poverty but it ends with upholding the (laws of punishment in the Book) limits of Allah in the land to prevent the mischief makers.
{وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ}

..Is there Zakat for the woman’s jewelry


..In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds

:Allah’s peace, mercy and His blessings be upon you my beloveds the supporters altogether male and female of them, the point of the question is as follows

? If the woman owns gold but this gold she beautify (herself) with it, is it a must to take Zakat out of it, or the obligation is on the saved and treasured
The answer with Truth: Indeed the jewelry of gold and silver there is Zakat in it and known right for Allah and the likeness of it is as like the rest of wealth for the fact I did not find in Allah’s Book that He lifted Zakat off the gold and silver the tenth which is made for adornment; to the fact it was not prepared exclusively for adornments for ever; in fact as soon as the need comes to it (arises) the two spouses (husband and wife) do sell it in the market so the likeness of became as like the saved money for the time of need, but the charity (Zakat) in the jewelry is known and not in every time. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And in whose wealth there is a known right.(24) For the beggar and the destitute,(25)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Ma`ãrej] 70:24-25
{وَالَّذِينَ فِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ مَّعْلُومٌ ﴿٢٤﴾ لِّلسَّائِلِ وَالْمَحْرُ‌ومِ ﴿٢٥﴾} صدق الله العظيم [المعارج].

So where is the know (required-amount of Zakat) if the women were paying charity (Zakat) from their decorative-jewelry every year? Therefore definitely Zakat will take away her decoration-jewelry altogether over the years and would never remain from it a thing, or she would have spent Zakat multiple folds the value of her jewelry, so where is the known (required-amount of Zakat)? In fact the obligatory Zakat is a right of Allah in the right of his servant male or female a known measure in the Book if it reached the required-amount for the owner taking out Allah’s right in it (just) one time, then it become pure and the hearts it owners get purified from impurity. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {Take alms out of their property — you would cleanse them and purify them thereby — and pray for them. Surely your prayer is a relief to them. And Allah is Hearing, Knowing.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Tawba] 9:103
{خُذْ مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ صَدَقَةً تُطَهِّرُهُمْ وَتُزَكِّيهِمْ بِهَا وَصَلِّ عَلَيْهِمْ إِنَّ صَلاتَكَ سَكَنٌ لَهُمْ وَاللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ} صدق الله العظيم [التوبة:103].

But if she gained new jewelry that reached the required-amount so let her bring out Allah’s right in it, verily if he did not find then from it (the jewelry itself) surely that is Allah’s right imposed and a pillar from the pillars of Islam, and I do not know that Allah accept the voluntary-gift if it was not paid the obligatory charity (Zakat) despite that the folds of the voluntary charity is multi folds in the Book with a great difference than the compulsory Zakat, indeed it should not be for the believer in his Lord to turn away from his Lord.

?Question: Would Allah accept the worship of the wealthy if they did not perform the obligation of Zakat (charity)


..In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful {O you who believe, surely many of the doctors of law and the monks eat away the property of men falsely, and hinder (them) from Allah’s way. And those who hoard up gold and silver and spend it not in Allah’s way — announce to them a painful chastisement,(34) On the day when it will be heated in the Fire of hell, then their foreheads and their sides and their backs will be branded with it: This is what you hoarded up for yourselves, so taste what you used to hoard.(35)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Tawba] 9:34-35
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ {وَالَّذِينَ يَكْنِزُونَ الذَّهَبَ وَالْفِضَّةَ وَلَا يُنفِقُونَهَا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّـهِ فَبَشِّرْ‌هُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ ﴿34﴾ يَوْمَ يُحْمَىٰ عَلَيْهَا فِي نَارِ‌ جَهَنَّمَ فَتُكْوَىٰ بِهَا جِبَاهُهُمْ وَجُنُوبُهُمْ وَظُهُورُ‌هُمْ ۖ هَـٰذَا مَا كَنَزْتُمْ لِأَنفُسِكُمْ فَذُوقُوا مَا كُنتُمْ تَكْنِزُونَ ﴿35﴾} صدق الله العظيم [التوبة].

As for taking it out it would be if the required-amount of the new money reached the (determined) Zakat then the obligatory right of Allah would be taken from it on the day of earning it and reached the required-amount of it. I will give you an example for that, for instance from what Allah brought forth to you from the cultivation (tilth) of the sustenance, so when Allah commanded to take out from it Allah’s right? Isn’t it on the day of earning it, and reaching the required-amount? And you find the answer in the decisive Book in the word of Allah the Most High: {..and pay the due of it on the day of its reaping (harvest day)..}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-An`ãm] 6:141
{وَآتُوا حَقَّهُ يَوْمَ حَصَادِهِ} صدق الله العظيم [الأنعام:141].

Thus the charity of the money he should bring His right on the day of earning it and for reaching the required-amount of the obligatory Zakat in the Book, and its not a condition to pay it instantly to the agent that is assigned with it; in fact taking it out aside until when it is convenient for him paying it to the assigned with it. But he/she does not make Zakat other than one time and after he take out Allah’s right from it then he is free whether he store is it or spend it verily it became pure fully, and Allah will bless it for him so He would make it blessed and substitutes it better of he spent or wards away from him a disaster that will devour his money, or a calamity away from him. Allah will never accept a prayer, nor fast, nor pilgrimage from those who did not perform the obligation of (Zakat) charity because it is a compulsory command from Allah, an imposed right upon the rich of the believers as long as they are alive even if they were on deathbed Allah did not lift from them their prayer nor their Zakat. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {..and He has enjoined on me prayer and poor-rate so long as I live;}Truthful Allah the Great [Maryam] 19:31
{وَأَوْصَانِي بِالصَّلاةِ وَالزَّكَاةِ مَا دُمْتُ حَياً} صدق الله العظيم [مريم:31].

Many of the wealthy believers are negligent in the matter of Zakat, don’t they know that Allah does not accept their worship until they do the obligatory Zakat and they would never attain to righteousness ever? Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {You cannot attain to righteousness unless you spend out of what you love. And what you spend, Allah surely knows it.}Truthful Allah the Great [Ãli-´Imrãn] 3:92
{لَنْ تَنَالُوا الْبِرَّ حَتَّى تُنْفِقُوا مِمَّا تُحِبُّونَ وَمَا تُنْفِقُوا مِنْ شَيْءٍ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ بِهِ عَلِيمٌ} صدق الله العظيم [آل عمران:92].

As for the word of Allah the Most High: {You cannot attain to righteousness unless you spend out of what you love..}, verily it concerns the compulsory Zakat, and as for the word of Allah the Most High: {..And what you spend, Allah surely knows it.} surely it concerns the voluntary gift charity, and when the command come in spending verily He means the compulsory obligatory Zakat for the fact He does not accept the worship of the rich until they perform it. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {O you who believe, spend out of what We have given you before the day comes in which there is no bargaining, nor friendship, nor intercession. And the disbelievers — they are the wrongdoers.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:254
{لَنْ تَنَالُوا الْبِرَّ حَتَّى تُنْفِقُوا مِمَّا تُحِبُّونَ}
{وَمَا تُنْفِقُوا مِنْ شَيْءٍ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ بِهِ عَلِيمٌ}
{يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ أَنفِقُواْ مِمَّا رَزَقْنَاكُم مِّن قَبْلِ أَن يَأْتِيَ يَوْمٌ لاَّ بَيْعٌ فِيهِ وَلاَ خُلَّةٌ وَلاَ شَفَاعَةٌ وَالْكَافِرُونَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ}
صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:254].

And the rich who did not perform the Zakat surely they cast themselves by their hands to perishing into hell fire and Allah would never accept a thing from their deeds. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And spend in the way of Allah and cast not yourselves to perdition with your own hands and do good (to others). Surely Allah loves the doers of good.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:195
{وَأَنفِقُواْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ وَلاَ تُلْقُواْ بِأَيْدِيكُمْ إِلَى التَّهْلُكَةِ وَأَحْسِنُوَاْ إِنَّ اللّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:195].

And Allah the Most High said: {O you who believe, spend of the good things that you earn and of that which We bring forth for you out of the earth, and aim not at the bad to spend thereof, while you would not take it yourselves unless you connive at it. And know that Allah is Self-sufficient, Praiseworthy.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:267
{يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ أَنفِقُواْ مِن طَيِّبَاتِ مَا كَسَبْتُمْ وَمِمَّا أَخْرَجْنَا لَكُم مِّنَ الأَرْضِ وَلاَ تَيَمَّمُواْ الْخَبِيثَ مِنْهُ تُنفِقُونَ وَلَسْتُم بِآخِذِيهِ إِلاَّ أَن تُغْمِضُواْ فِيهِ وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّ اللّهَ غَنِيٌّ حَمِيدٌ} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:267].

And Allah the Most High said: {Their guidance is not thy duty, but Allah guides whom He pleases. And whatever good thing you spend, it is to your good. And you spend not but to seek Allah’s pleasure. And whatever good thing you spend, it will be paid back to you in full, and you will not be wronged.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah]
2:272

{لَّيْسَ عَلَيْكَ هُدَاهُمْ وَلَـكِنَّ اللّهَ يَهْدِي مَن يَشَاءُ وَمَا تُنفِقُواْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَلأنفُسِكُمْ وَمَا تُنفِقُونَ إِلاَّ ابْتِغَاء وَجْهِ اللّهِ وَمَا تُنفِقُواْ مِنْ خَيْرٍ يُوَفَّ إِلَيْكُمْ وَأَنتُمْ لاَ تُظْلَمُونَ} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:272].

And who difficult this matter upon the Awaited Mahdi as it was difficult upon the prophet -prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon him- fearing the harm of the hypocrites and those who return (to disbelief), and the heaviest verses of spending upon the prophet -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- it is when came the command that who addressed Allah’s messenger -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- in an issue in religion then he has to offer charity between his hands to the prophet -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- unless he did not find a thing (to spend) and it is a spending other than the Zakat. And Allah the Most High said: {O you who believe, when you consult the messenger, offer something in charity before your consultation. That is better for you and purer. But if you have not (the means), then surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Mujadalah] 58:12
{يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا نَاجَيْتُمُ الرَّ‌سُولَ فَقَدِّمُوا بَيْنَ يَدَيْ نَجْوَاكُمْ صَدَقَةً ۚ ذَٰلِكَ خَيْرٌ‌ لَّكُمْ وَأَطْهَرُ‌ ۚ فَإِن لَّمْ تَجِدُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّـهَ غَفُورٌ‌ رَّ‌حِيمٌ ﴿12﴾} صدق الله العظيم [المجادلة].

That mattered the most upon some of the believers while they want to ask their prophet about their religion, then came the word of Allah the Most High: {Do you fear that you will not (be able to) give in charity before your consultation? So when you do it not, and Allah has turned to you (mercifully), keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate and obey Allah and His messenger. And Allah is Aware of what you do.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Mujadalah] 58:13
{أَأَشْفَقْتُمْ أَن تُقَدِّمُوا بَيْنَ يَدَيْ نَجْوَاكُمْ صَدَقَاتٍ ۚ فَإِذْ لَمْ تَفْعَلُوا وَتَابَ اللَّـهُ عَلَيْكُمْ فَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتُوا الزَّكَاةَ وَأَطِيعُوا اللَّـهَ وَرَ‌سُولَهُ ۚ وَاللَّـهُ خَبِيرٌ‌ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ ﴿13﴾} صدق الله العظيم [المجادلة].

Only in this a magnified wisdom from Allah and that so lightened upon the Muslims the questioning in religion, verily many of the questioners and the hypocrites will ask and never abide with what he asked about it, but he will abide with it other than him of the dutiful ones surely the matter would weigh heavy upon them, and Allah desires ease for you, and He desires not hardship for you, and as long there is spending in the matter so definitely the hypocrites will be silent also the money lovers so they do not spend a thing from their wealth.

And the verses that was urging the Muslims on spending it is of the most verses heaviness on the tongue of the prophet -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- and he was about to leave some of it so he does not tell it to the Muslims fearing the sedition of them and the harm of the hypocrites will say: if he is truly sent by Allah then why Allah does not give him treasure instead of the need to the people? And Allah’s messenger Mohammad -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- was getting hurt and he was about to give it up so he would hide the verses which commands in spending surely he did not desire to tell them about it fearing the harm of who do not like to spend then it would be their sedition or the ones who listen to the hypocrites whom will say: “why has not a treasure been sent to him verily why Allah makes him in need for the people?”. And Allah the Most High said: {Then, may it be that you will give up part of what is revealed to you and your breast will be straitened by it, because they say: Why has not a treasure been sent down for him or an angel come with him? You are only a warner. And Allah is in charge of all things.}Truthful Allah the Great [Hûd] 11:12
{فَلَعَلَّكَ تَارِكٌ بَعْضَ مَا يُوحَىٰ إِلَيْكَ وَضَآئِقٌ بِهِ صَدْرُكَ أَن يَقُولُواْ لَوْلاَ أُنزِلَ عَلَيْهِ كَنزٌ أَوْ جَآءَ مَعَهُ مَلَكٌ إِنَّمَآ أَنتَ نَذِيرٌ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَكِيلٌ} صدق الله العظيم [هود:12].

Thus the Imam Mahdi, I swear by Allah the great that indeed the most of the explanatory-statements heaviness in writing upon my hands are the statements that comes in it the mention of spending fearing the harm of the hypocrites who does not want to spend of who they love the money with exceeding love, but I do not want to be for someone an argument against me between the hands of Allah so he would make me carry the responsibility that I concealed from the True explanatory-statement then he dispute with me about it with my Lord. O our Allah, I have reminded with the Quran who fear threat (of punishment). O our Allah bear witness, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds.

Allah has made me see my grandfather Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family- in the True vision, so he said: [Some of the supporters who rather that you do not command them to do the obligation of charity (Zakat) until Allah empower you on earth, but that is better for them, and most loved to Allah, and Allah knows while you do not know]

[وإن من الأنصار من كان يفضل أن لا تأمرهم أن يؤدّوا فرض الزكاة حتى يُمكّنك الله في الأرض، ولكن ذلك خير لهم وأحبّ إلى الله والله يعلمُ وأنتم لا تعلمون]

And Allah did not make the vision an argument against you in fact the authority of knowledge from the Book, how much it hurts me mention the verses of spending, and how much the straitness became harder on me than before, and those who know me claim openly that became with me money and they tend to come to me to get their needs so I give them of what Allah bestowed upon me until I became borrowing money in order for me to give them, and I do not say except with what Allah commanded us to say: {.. Allah is sufficient for us; Allah will soon give us (more) out of His grace and His messenger too: surely to Allah we make petition.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Tawba] 9:59
{حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ سَيُؤْتِينَا اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ إِنَّا إِلَى اللَّهِ رَاغِبُونَ} صدق الله العظيم [التوبة:59].

..The charity (Zakat) and spending; the compulsory and the voluntary


Reply of the Imam Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni to one of the inquirers about taking out the charity (Zakat) by knowing the motive for the charity (Zakat) taking it out personally and directly to the poor ones without him bringing it to the just Imam, so (the Awaited Mahdi) said:

Allah’s peace, mercy and His blessings be upon you my beloved in Allah’s love, in the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds..

Allah the Most High said: {And keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate (Zakat). And whatever good you send before for yourselves, you will find it with Allah. Surely Allah is Seer of what you do.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:110
{وَأَقِيمُواْ الصَّلاَةَ وَآتُواْ الزَّكَاةَ وَمَا تُقَدِّمُواْ لأَنفُسِكُم مِّنْ خَيْرٍ تَجِدُوهُ عِندَ اللّهِ إِنَّ اللّهَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:110].

Verily you find that Allah commanded in prayer and the charity (Zakat) and enjoined in the direct spending, and for that Allah the Most High said: {..And whatever good you send before for yourselves, you will find it with Allah. Surely Allah is Seer of what you do.}Truthful Allah the Great, and only the charity (Zakat) is other than the direct spending to the relatives and the needy and the wayfarer and to set free the slaves. And Allah the Most High said: {It is not righteousness that you turn your faces towards the East and the West, but righteous is the one who believes in Allah, and the Last Day, and the angels and the Book and the prophets, and gives away wealth (money) out of love for Him to the near of kin and the orphans and the needy and the wayfarer and to those who ask and to set slaves free and keeps up prayer and pays the poor-rate; and the performers of their promise when they make a promise, and the patient in distress and affliction and in the time of conflict. These are they who are truthful; and these are they who keep their duty.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Baqarah] 2:177
{وَمَا تُقَدِّمُواْ لأَنفُسِكُم مِّنْ خَيْرٍ تَجِدُوهُ عِندَ اللّهِ إِنَّ اللّهَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ} صدق الله العظيم،
{لَّيْسَ الْبِرَّ أَن تُوَلُّواْ وُجُوهَكُمْ قِبَلَ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ وَلَـكِنَّ الْبِرَّ مَنْ آمَنَ بِاللّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ وَالْمَلآئِكَةِ وَالْكِتَابِ وَالنبيّينَ وَآتَى الْمَالَ عَلَى حُبِّهِ ذَوِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينَ وَابْنَ السَّبِيلِ وَالسَّآئِلِينَ وَفِي الرِّقَابِ وَأَقَامَ الصَّلاةَ وَآتَى الزَّكَاةَ وَالْمُوفُونَ بِعَهْدِهِمْ إِذَا عَاهَدُواْ وَالصَّابِرِينَ فِي الْبَأْسَاء والضَّرَّاء وَحِينَ الْبَأْسِ أُولَـئِكَ الَّذِينَ صَدَقُوا وَأُولَـئِكَ هُمُ الْمُتَّقُونَ} صدق الله العظيم [البقرة:177].

In fact the charity (Zakat) is other than the direct spending, surely let him ponder over the word of Allah the Most High: {..and gives away wealth (money) out of love for Him to the near of kin and the orphans and the needy and the wayfarer and to those who ask and to set slaves free and keeps up prayer and pays the poor-rate..}Truthful Allah the Great, and I repeat the advice to him to ponder over the word of Allah the Most High: {..and gives away wealth (money) out of love for Him to the near of kin and the orphans and the needy and the wayfarer and to those who ask and to set slaves free and keeps up prayer and pays the poor-rate..}Truthful Allah the Great, so how that (Allah) mentioned the direct spending to near kin and the needy and the wayfarer and to those who ask and to set slaves free but He did not avail against paying the obligatory charity (Zakat)? And for that Allah the Most High said: {..and keeps up prayer and pays the poor-rate (Zakat)..}Truthful Allah the Great
{وَآتَى الْمَالَ عَلَى حُبِّهِ ذَوِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينَ وَابْنَ السَّبِيلِ وَالسَّآئِلِينَ وَفِي الرِّقَابِ وَأَقَامَ الصَّلاةَ وَآتَى الزَّكَاةَ} صدق الله العظيم،
{وَآتَى الْمَالَ عَلَى حُبِّهِ ذَوِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينَ وَابْنَ السَّبِيلِ وَالسَّآئِلِينَ وَفِي الرِّقَابِ وَأَقَامَ الصَّلاةَ وَآتَى الزَّكَاةَ} صدق الله العظيم،
{وَأَقَامَ الصَّلاةَ وَآتَى الزَّكَاةَ} صدق الله العظيم.

In spite that the reward of the direct spending to the near kin and the orphans and the needy and the wayfarer and to those who ask and to set slaves free is indeed greater reward with Allah than the obligatory Zakat with a difference of six hundred and ninety folds, and despite that did not avail from paying the charity (Zakat) because in paying the charity (Zakat) a magnified wisdom from Allah (far reaching) and it is compulsory command upon the believers who their money reached the required-amount that is mentioned in the decisive Book as preceded the detailed-explanation of it previously.

..And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds

Question: O Imam Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni, give us fatwa about the spending on other than Muslims to get close to Allah Lord of the worlds due to their urgent need for help while they live among the Muslims where some of the sheikhs previously gave us fatwa about not offering the money to them at all and that was before our knowledge about you our beloved Imam?

Allah’s peace, mercy and His blessings be upon you my beloved, so how is the one that gave you fatwa to (not) give it so you show them kindness for Allah’s generous face (for His pleasure)? verily Allah did not prohibit you from doing good to the disbelievers — O community of Muslims — to show them kindness and deal with them justly; consequently, you attain Allah’s love. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {Allah forbids you not respecting those who fight you not for religion, nor drive you forth from your homes, that you show them kindness and deal with them justly. Surely Allah loves the doers of justice.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Mumtahanah] 60:8
{لَّا يَنْهَاكُمُ اللَّهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجُوكُم مِّن دِيَارِكُمْ أَن تَبَرُّوهُمْ وَتُقْسِطُوا إِلَيْهِمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ} صدق الله العظيم [الممتحنة:٨].

..Zakat is a known right in your wealth, and what exceeded over the limit is written as free-gift charity with Allah

..In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, and peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds
Question: A friend of the supporters asked me that he and his son have a sum of cash money and part of it is gold since a period of 5-6 years, and he was paying the charity (Zakat) of it annually with the rate of two and a half percent, and since he became of the supporters he became abiding with the fatwa of the Imam peace be upon him upon the new money that he earns, and it is ten percent be given one time (once). He asks about his saved money from 5-6 years ago, and he says that it did not increase and he gave its Zakat at the rate that I mentioned, is he now has fulfilled what he owe of the right of charity (Zakat) where that what he gave it passes the rate of ten percent? In spite that this what goes on my mind but I delayed the answer for him until we ask our beloved Imam may Allah protect him and guard him to give us the determining answer and the True fatwa
..In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, Allah’s peace and mercy be upon you

My beloved supporters and the questioners among them and the searchers for the Truth, I say: He has fulfilled Allah’s right in it and increased over the completion, the fact the charity (Zakat) is known right in your wealth which means determined and his Zakat (for it) has exceeded its limit so the excess would be written for you as free-gift voluntary charity with Allah, verily Allah does not waste the reward of the doers of good.

To sum it up, surely there is no Zakat in that saved money that you took out of it Allah’s imposed right, verily it became pure from Allah’s imposed right, may Allah bless for you in it and to increase to you and all the supporters and your Imam Mahdi from His bounty, indeed my Lord is Mighty, Ever Giver, sustains whom He pleases without measure.
