The Imam's interpretation to the meaning of the verse: {non touches it except the pure}..

Allah’s peace, mercy and His blessings be upon you..

Say to your wife to read the Quran while she is menstruating and to touch it in her hands, Allah did not forbid that, glory be to Him, but the truthful explanation to the word of Allah the Most High: {non touches it except the pure}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Waqe-ah:79], which means none can grasp the understanding of its meaning except the purified from the association (with Allah), and I ask Allah to be pleased with you and to make you pleased.

It is allowed for the teacher of the grand Quran memorization to enter the Mosque for teaching the students while she is in menstruation there is no blame upon her, So do not say this is permissible and this is forbidden to forge a lie upon Allah; indeed those who forge a lie upon Allah do not succeed..

In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, and forgiveness and peace be upon all the messengers of Allah and their families, and those who followed them till the Day of Judgement, after this..

In reality I get the extreme astonishment from those who say unto Allah other than the Truth! And according to their declaration that upon the menstruated woman to leave the holy places in the pilgrimage so she does not complete her pilgrimage! And what a shame for them before Allah those who say what they do not know

And also they declare that the menstruated is not allowed for her to enter the mosque at all according to their declaration until she is purified from the menstruation even if she was a teacher for memorization of the bounteous Quran to the Muslim's children, and then we make upon them the argument with Truth and say: Is it mentally and logically to make the children to stop the memorization of the Quran a week in every month over the Quran memorization study? Until the guardians of the children ask them why did you not go to memorize the Quran this week? So they answer " because our teacher, so and so, is being menstruated, and in every month there is a menstruation vacation week". Then you embarrass the teacher and expose her menstruation in every month openly, then you force her to let go teaching your daughters the grand Quran memorization for the reason of publicizing her menstruation in every month openly, Allah’s curse be on you! How you are turned away!

Indeed the prayer is being waved for her, and the monthly period did not make her an unclean woman spiritually so she is prevented to enter the mosque, because I do not find who should be prevented other than the pagans who are spiritually unclean because of their association with Allah openly being witnesses against themselves in disbelieve, and those should be prevented from entering the houses of Allah in confirming with the saying of Allah the Most High: {O you who believe, the idolaters are surely unclean, so they shall not approach the Sacred Mosque after this year of theirs. And if you fear poverty, then Allah will enrich you out of His grace, if He please. Surely Allah is Knowing, Wise.(28)} Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Tawba]. For the reason they are unclean with idolatry being witness over themselves in disbelieve, and surely the menstruated is not idolatry uncleanliness so she would be preventing herself from entering the mosques because the declaration of those who say upon Allah what they do not know
{يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّمَا الْمُشْرِكُونَ نَجَسٌ فَلَا يَقْرَبُوا الْمَسْجِدَ الْحَرَامَ بَعْدَ عَامِهِمْ هَٰذَا ۚ وَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ عَيْلَةً فَسَوْفَ يُغْنِيكُمُ اللَّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِ إِن شَاءَ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ (28)} صدق الله العظيم

And the conclusion of my statement I say: Oh our Allah I call You to witness, I am the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni, I give statement in Truth that the teacher has the right to enter the mosque to teach the students the Great Quran memorization while she is menstruating, there is no blame upon her from Allah and He Created it, and it is not logic to vacate the students from the school of memorization a week in every month because of the monthly period, do you not use your mind?
Also it is allowed for the menstruated female student to come into the mosque to receive the memorization of the grand Quran classes while she is menstruating, only does not pray nor fast while she is menstruating, so keep your duty to Allah and obey me that you may obtain mercy

And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds.

The difference between Allah’s pleasure and the pleasure of Himself..

To you is the answer in the Truth, it is incumbent upon me that I do not say about Allah except the truth.. In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, forgiveness and peace be upon Mohammad and the supporter of Mohammad and the family of Mohammad altogether and the followers of the Truth till the day of Judgement, after this..

Peace upon you my honorable sister and all the best foremost supporters and all the Muslims and to you is the reply by the Truth.
The difference between Allah’s pleasure and the pleasure of Himself is what follows:
Allah’s pleasure is: That you want Allah to be pleased from you and that is enough to you.

As for the pleasure of Himself surely is a greater purpose and wider which is: That you want Allah to be pleased in Himself and not angry at His servants, and that is the ultimate intent of the Imam Mahdi that Allah to be pleased in Himself, and how he be pleased in Himself? That is when He makes everything to enter in His mercy, and for that Allah will make the people one nation upon the straight path due to fulfill the intent of the Imam Mahdi so Allah is being pleased in Himself and that is the Greatest Bliss that is greater than the kingdom of the world and the hereafter in my perspective and it is that Allah being pleased in Himself and not sorrowing on any one of His servants, and that is because Allah grieves in sorrow upon His servants who are disbelieving in His messengers so they compel their Lord to destroy them an utter destruction, lo! they were still, then He says in Himself words no one hears it of His servants. And that is word of Allah the Most High: {t was not but a single cry, and lo! they were still.(29) Oh sorrow upon the servants! Never does a messenger come to them but they were mocking him.(30) Do they not see how many generations We destroyed before them, that they do not return to them?(31) And all — surely all — will be brought before Us.(32)}Truthful Allah the Great [Ya-Seen] 36:29-32

Perhaps a questioner would like to say: “How The Great the Supreme grieves in sorrow in Himself upon His servants?!” Then we reply to him in the Truth and I say: That is because Allah is the Most Merciful than all who have mercy but they are doubtful of His mercy, and does not despair from Allah’s mercy except the wrongdoing people who do not know their Lord a True knowledge of Him.

And the answer to the last question and it is about the folding (the arms) or the dangling in the prayer, Oh my honorable sister, know the certain knowledge that Mohammad messenger of Allah -forgiveness and peace of Allah be upon him and his family- never dangled (his arms) ever and Allah have not sent an authority in dangling; in fact draw your wings to you (folding the arms to chest) of fear from Allah when you stand between His hands in the prayer surely you are standing between the hands of your Lord addressing Him so fold your wings to you from fear of your Lord. In confirming to the word of Allah the Most High: {And draw your wing to you (folding arms to chest) from fear}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Qasas] 28:32
