{Is the one who were brought up with ornaments and he is unclear in disputing?}


In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, and forgiveness and peace be upon the messengers of Allah and his family, and all the believers, after this..
Forgiveness of Allah and His Blessings be upon you my beloved in the way of Allah who ponder into the verses of the Great Quran, and the closest in explaining to this verse is Waleed Ben Ahmad the Tunisian and he lacks a little of its details.

Yes; that Allah means; is the one who is brought up with pride, because He means by ornaments is the might of pride and wealth and authority, but he is unclear in the dispute, means he is unclear in arguing the evidence with the prophet, it means unclear with the clear evidence, but he followed his forefathers the blind following.

And yes; He means Alwaleed Bin Almogeera and he who is like him, and that is the True explanation of the word of Allah the Most High: {Is the one who were brought up with ornaments and he is unclear in disputing?(18) And they make the angels, who are the servants of the All Merciful, females. Did they witness their creation? Their testimony will be recorded and they will be questioned.(19) And they say: If the All Merciful had pleased, we would not have worshiped them. They have no knowledge of this; they are only guessing.(20) Or have We given them a Book before it so that they hold fast to it?(21) Nay, they say: We found our fathers on a course, and surely we are guided by their footsteps.(22)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Zukhrof] 43:18-22
{أَوَمَن يُنَشَّأُ فِي الْحِلْيَةِ وَهُوَ فِي الْخِصَامِ غَيْرُ مُبِينٍ (18) وَجَعَلُوا الْمَلَائِكَةَ الَّذِينَ هُمْ عِبَادُ الرَّحْمَٰنِ إِنَاثًا ۚ أَشَهِدُوا خَلْقَهُمْ ۚ سَتُكْتَبُ شَهَادَتُهُمْ وَيُسْأَلُونَ (19) وَقَالُوا لَوْ شَاءَ الرَّحْمَٰنُ مَا عَبَدْنَاهُم ۗ مَّا لَهُم بِذَٰلِكَ مِنْ عِلْمٍ ۖ إِنْ هُمْ إِلَّا يَخْرُصُونَ (20) أَمْ آتَيْنَاهُمْ كِتَابًا مِّن قَبْلِهِ فَهُم بِهِ مُسْتَمْسِكُونَ (21) بَلْ قَالُوا إِنَّا وَجَدْنَا آبَاءَنَا عَلَىٰ أُمَّةٍ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰ آثَارِهِم مُّهْتَدُونَ (22)} صدق الله العظيم [الزخرف].

And since Allah intended the possessors of mighty-pride on earth and they have weak argument against the prophets whom they bring-up the argument against them with the Truth from the clear signs of Allah, then it parishes their feeble argument which is not a clear evidence because it is not built on a foundation of the authority of a clear knowledge from the Lord of the worlds, and for that Allah the Most High said: {Or have We given them a Book before it so that they hold fast to it?(21)Nay, they say: We found our fathers on a course, and surely we are guided by their footsteps.(22)}
Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Zukhrof]43:21-22
{أَمْ آتَيْنَاهُمْ كِتَابًا مِّن قَبْلِهِ فَهُم بِهِ مُسْتَمْسِكُونَ (21) بَلْ قَالُوا إِنَّا وَجَدْنَا آبَاءَنَا عَلَىٰ أُمَّةٍ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰ آثَارِهِم مُّهْتَدُونَ (22)} صدق الله العظيم [الزخرف].
