(Judgement for committing indecency of [homosexuality] among males and judgement about lesbianism between females)
Committing indecency of [homosexuality] among males is included in the forbidden indecencies of the grievous sins
In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon the entire prophets of Allah and His messengers and their families from the first of the till the seal of them; Mohammad messenger of Allah. O you who believe invoke prayers of forgiveness upon him and them, and all the Muslims whom they follow the path of Truth till judgement day, after this..
Indeed that the indecency of fornication (homosexuality) among men when they commit (sexual act) in the rear end of each other is for the grievous sins and indecencies, and the proof that it is deviant indecency of which initiated by people of Lût. Allah the Most High said: {And (We sent Lût) Lot when he said to his people: Surely, you are guilty of an abomination which none of the nations has done before you,(28) Do you come to males and commit robbery on the highway and commit evil deeds in your assemblies? But the answer of his people was only that they said: Bring Allah’s chastisement upon us, if you are truthful.(29) He said: My Lord help me against the mischievous people.(30)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-`Ankaboot] 29:28-30
{وَلُوطاً إِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِهِ إِنَّكُمْ لَتَأْتُونَ الْفَاحِشَةَ مَا سَبَقَكُم بِهَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ مِّنَ الْعَالَمِينَ (28) أَئِنَّكُمْ لَتَأْتُونَ الرِّجَالَ وَتَقْطَعُونَ السَّبِيلَ وَتَأْتُونَ فِي نَادِيكُمُ الْمُنكَرَ فَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلَّا أَن قَالُوا ائْتِنَا بِعَذَابِ اللَّهِ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ (29) قَالَ رَبِّ انصُرْنِي عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْمُفْسِدِينَ (30)} صدق الله العظيم [العنكبوت].
But unfortunately, the Muslims committed a grievous crime against the right of Allah’s prophet Lût (Lot) by calling the indecency (act of sodomy) man by man by the name of (Lowat or Luty)! Did Allah’s prophet Lut was doing that so you attribute this indecency to his name (Luty)? I ask Allah to fight the slanderer criminals, they have committed a grievous crime against right of Lût prophet of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness be upon him and the family of Lût- and I salute the best salutation. And because of defaming (distorting) his name unjustly, (out of) aggression and oppression, and you call the deviated sexually with a man by [Luty] for that you do not find who would name his son Lut except very few to the fact you say to who committed the indecency with a male like him (Luty)! By what right — you call this indecency by this naming (Luty)? Is it because Lût’s people did it? But what was Lût’s fault in that, and his relationship to this indecency so you attribute it to his name while you know that he is innocent of doing it; In fact, who has done it are his disbelieving people, don't you guard against evil?
But the Imam Mahdi calls this indecency, the name (indecency of evil deviation between males), as for its ruling surely it falls under the indecency of adultery; a hundred lashes and you add to that the banishment from the land for a whole year. Indeed, only the banishment from the land is to be thrown in prison so he would be exiled from the public street for a period of a year to the fact he is mischievous (concerning) morals.
For that Allah’s prophet Lût -prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon him- said: {He said: My Lord help me against the mischievous people.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-`Ankaboot] 29:30
{قَالَ رَبِّ انصُرْنِي عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْمُفْسِدِينَ (30)} صدق الله العظيم [العنكبوت].
In addition to their disbelief, they are also mischief makers to morals, and it is not that judgement of banishment from the land that you send him to another country. In Fact; the banishment is to banish him from the public street into prison for disciplining and correction, in addition to punishment (law) for the indecency of adultery/fornication — a hundred lashes in front of the believers.
And I did not find in Allah’s Book that he (should be) killed or being pushed-over from up high of buildings, in fact this is a judgement from yourselves! So keep your duty to Allah, and do not kill a soul which Allah has made sacred except in the course for justice.
