Fatwa to many of the questioners in a request of fatwa about a question with great importance to lift the injustice of the oppressors (away) from the oppressed orphan Muslims
In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon the entire prophets of Allah altogether from the first of them till the seal of them Mohammad messenger of Allah -prayer of Allah’s forgiveness and peace be upon him and his family, and all the believers, after this..
O community scholars of the Muslims in the easts of earth and its wests, how often came to us questions in the one topic that much repeated the request of fatwa therein by many of the questioners, and their question is one and only as follows:
If the son died before his father while for there is children and brothers for the (deceased) son, and their grandfather was spending on all, after while the grandfather died. So the entire questioners said that the entire scholars gave them fatwa that there is nothing for the children of their deceased brother to the fact he died before the father owner of the estate, and the scholars gave them fatwa in wronging the children of their brother and not to give them a thing of the share of the orphans’ father with the excuse that the father of the children died before the grandfather the owner of the estate, and the scholars gave them fatwa that there is nothing for the infants of his first son, and the scholars gave them fatwa that the estate of the grandfather is divided between the brothers of the deceased while the orphan children of their brother is being deprived from the share of their father because of his death before the death of the grandfather owner of the estate.
So what is your thought about the fatwa of the entire scholars of the Muslims upon their various sects, verily they agreed that the share of their brother in the inheritance does not go to his orphan children? In fact they made his share to got to his brothers exclusively without his children, and they issued fatwa that there is nothing for the orphans of their father's share from the inheritance of his father!

Ended the question which for so long been repeated to the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni, and here is the answer for you directly from the decisive Book; Allah the Most High: {Those who swallow the wealth of the orphans unjustly, they swallow only fire into their bellies. And they will burn in blazing fire.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:10
{ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَأْكُلُونَ أَمْوَالَ الْيَتَامَىٰ ظُلْمًا إِنَّمَا يَأْكُلُونَ فِي بُطُونِهِمْ نَارًا ۖ وَسَيَصْلَوْنَ سَعِيرًا (10) } صدق الله العظيم [النساء].
O community of the brothers, by what right you swallow the share of the orphans’ father? Are they not his children whom they inherit his share, so how can you add his share to your share with the presence of his children? Do his brothers have more right in his share than his orphan children? May Allah fight you wherever you turn — O community scholars of the Muslims — how much you oppressed the orphans a grievous oppression by your satanic fatwa from yourselves without knowledge from Allah; in fact from you, and you violated the word of Allah the Most High: {O people, keep your duty to your Lord, Who created you from a single being and created its mate of the same (kind), and spread from these two many men and women. And keep your duty to Allah, by Whom you demand one of another (your rights), and (to) the ties of relationship. Surely Allah is ever a Watcher over you.(1) And give to the orphans their property, and substitute not worthless (things) for (their) good (ones), and devour not their property (adding) to your own property. This is surely a great sin.(2)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:1-2
{ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَخَلَقَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا وَبَثَّ مِنْهُمَا رِجَالًا كَثِيرًا وَنِسَاءً ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّـهَ الَّذِي تَسَاءَلُونَ بِهِ وَالْأَرْحَامَ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ كَانَ عَلَيْكُمْ رَقِيبًا ﴿١﴾وَآتُوا الْيَتَامَىٰ أَمْوَالَهُمْ ۖ وَلَا تَتَبَدَّلُوا الْخَبِيثَ بِالطَّيِّبِ ۖ وَلَا تَأْكُلُوا أَمْوَالَهُمْ إِلَىٰ أَمْوَالِكُمْ ۚ إِنَّهُ كَانَ حُوبًا كَبِيرًا ﴿٢﴾ } صدق الله العظيم [النساء].
So who are the orphans? They are the children of the deceased. Surely his children are the original inheritors whether in the wealth he earned it or the share of their father from the estate of their grandfather after the death of their grandfather, so the share of their deceased father (indeed) his right does not die with him; in fact to be handed to his children, and the brothers of the deceased they have to hand to them their right after they reach their adulthood. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And test the orphans until they reach the age of marriage. Then if you find in them maturity of intellect, make over to them their property, and consume it not extravagantly and hastily against their growing up. And whoever is rich, let him abstain, and whoever is poor let him consume reasonably. And when you make over to them their property, call witnesses in their presence. And Allah is enough as a Reckoner.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesã`a] 4:6
{وَابْتَلُوا الْيَتَامَىٰ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا بَلَغُوا النِّكَاحَ فَإِنْ آنَسْتُم مِّنْهُمْ رُشْدًا فَادْفَعُوا إِلَيْهِمْ أَمْوَالَهُمْ ۖ وَلَا تَأْكُلُوهَا إِسْرَافًا وَبِدَارًا أَن يَكْبَرُوا ۚ وَمَن كَانَ غَنِيًّا فَلْيَسْتَعْفِفْ ۖ وَمَن كَانَ فَقِيرًا فَلْيَأْكُلْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ ۚ فَإِذَا دَفَعْتُمْ إِلَيْهِمْ أَمْوَالَهُمْ فَأَشْهِدُوا عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِاللَّهِ حَسِيبًا (6)} صدق الله العظيم [النساء].
Verily, we still have many of the details to lift the injustice against the orphans whom the entire scholars of the Muslims unanimously agreed on oppressing them. Surely, woe to the Imams of falsehood from the chastisement of Lord of the worlds throughout the interval life (Barzakh) till resurrection day, then they would be burnt of the blaze once again with the soul and body; Imams of falsehood and whoever followed them without using the mind for judgement. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And do not come near to the orphan’s wealth, except in a goodly way, till he attains his maturity. And fulfill the promise; surely, the promise will be enquired into.(34) And give full measure when you measure out, and weigh with a true balance. This is fair and better in the end.(35) And do not follow that of which you have no knowledge. Surely the hearing and the sight and the heart, of all of these it will be asked.(36)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Esrã`a] 17:34-36
{وَلَا تَقْرَبُوا مَالَ الْيَتِيمِ إِلَّا بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ حَتَّىٰ يَبْلُغَ أَشُدَّهُ ۚ وَأَوْفُوا بِالْعَهْدِ ۖ إِنَّ الْعَهْدَ كَانَ مَسْئُولًا (34) وَأَوْفُوا الْكَيْلَ إِذَا كِلْتُمْ وَزِنُوا بِالْقِسْطَاسِ الْمُسْتَقِيمِ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلًا (35) وَلَا تَقْفُ مَا لَيْسَ لَكَ بِهِ عِلْمٌ ۚ إِنَّ السَّمْعَ وَالْبَصَرَ وَالْفُؤَادَ كُلُّ أُولَٰئِكَ كَانَ عَنْهُ مَسْئُولًا (36)} صدق الله العظيم [الإسراء].
But scholars of falsehood gave greater weight (rather) passing the tradition over the mind, and they followed Imam’s of falsehood without they use their minds a thing; do the owner of the fatwa in Allah’s religion has a manifest authority of knowledge from Lord of the worlds, or is it from himself? The fact the false fatwa indeed the mind shrinks from it and the mind sees that it is a false fatwa, but because lake of using of mind was the main reason for companions of fire to enter hell-fire. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {And they say: Had we but listened or use the mind, we should not have been among the inmates of the burning Fire.(10) Thus they will confess their sins; so far (from good) are the inmates of the burning Fire.(11)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Mulk] 67:10-11
{ وَقَالُوا لَوْ كُنَّا نَسْمَعُ أَوْ نَعْقِلُ مَا كُنَّا فِي أَصْحَابِ السَّعِيرِ (10) فَاعْتَرَفُوا بِذَنبِهِمْ فَسُحْقًا لِّأَصْحَابِ السَّعِيرِ (11)} صدق الله العظيم [الملك].
I announce the news to whom they add the wealth of the orphans to their wealth — a grievous chastisement — no matter how much they prayed, fasted and remained up through the night (worshiping Allah), verily they would never find a loyal-friend nor a helper besides Allah after the issuance of fatwa of the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni.
Verily remember the word of Allah the Most High: {And do not come near to the orphan’s wealth, except in a goodly way, till he attains his maturity. And fulfill the promise; surely, the promise will be enquired into.(34) And give full measure when you measure out, and weigh with a true balance. This is fair and better in the end.(35) And do not follow that of which you have no knowledge. So whoever from scholars of the Muslims see himself has a weight of an atom of manhood and bravery then let him come forward to have dialogue with the Imam Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni with his true picture and name, a dialogue by the silent pen so I can interrupt him nor he can interrupt me, and each one of us knock out the argument by yet (better) argument and hurl the Truth against the falsehood, so it would crush it, lo and behold! it vanishes. And we shall see whom has the Truth with him, is it with scholars of the Muslims or with the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni? Definitely, whoever possesses the bridling authority of knowledge from his Lord from Allah’s decisive Book the grand Quran surely he would crush the falsehood with it, surely falsehood is ever bound to vanish. O our Allah, I have delivered the message. O our Allah, bear witness. So deliver this explanatory-statement of mine on my behalf to the common Muslims, and their scholars to be free from blame before your Lord, and that haply they may guard against evil. Peace be upon the sent ones, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds, after this..
